Background

Yellow Dragon is a transmigrant who emerged from the Dragon Clan Ancestral Court after several thousand years. Early in his life, Azure Dragon Patriarch saved him and nurtured his true spirit, becoming his principal guide within the Dragon Race. 1

After witnessing Eastern Emperor Taiyi destroy the Celestial Court and kill Eastern Duke, Yellow Dragon traveled to the ruined Penglai Immortal Island. He spent more than one hundred thousand years reconnecting its earth veins, purifying baleful and turbid qi, planting innate flora, and restoring its vitality through the Sweet Dew Technique. 1 4

The island’s revival produced Creation Origin, a rare force that strengthened Yellow Dragon’s body, Primordial Spirit, and innate foundation. His work also earned Heavenly Dao merit, which he used to settle the Dragon Clan’s karmic debt before retaining the remaining merit for himself. 2 3

Yellow Dragon later entered Kunlun and became Yuanshi Tianzun’s direct disciple. Yuanshi reforged his Dragon Clan mana into purer Jade Pure mana and imparted the foundations of his Dao. 14
