Background / History

Aisha was born into the Field Family, a noble household of the Baharuth Empire. Her family fell into poverty after her father lost his title, income, and privileges during Emperor Jircniv’s reforms. While her parents continued trying to preserve their former lifestyle, Aisha became the household’s principal source of income and eventually chose to leave with her younger sisters rather than continue supporting them. 407

She attended the Imperial Magic Academy, where she and Angelina Colesweet were known as “magic geniuses,” being the only students capable of third-tier magic. Aisha excelled in magical theory, but financial hardship forced her to abandon school and become a Worker, ending her hope of becoming a magic academy teacher. 409 408

As a member of the Four Strategists, Aisha accepted dangerous, highly paid jobs to support her family. She intended the exploration of an ancient tomb near E-Rantel to be her last Worker assignment, but the expedition ended in tragedy when Ainz killed Hekkeran, Imina, and Roberdyck with [Despair Aura V—Instant Death]. Afterward, her father’s gambling debts placed Kuuderika and Ureirika in danger of being taken away as collateral. Aisha attempted to free them by holding Meredith Amanda at knifepoint, but Meredith easily overwhelmed her. Despite this failure, Aisha’s refusal to abandon her sisters drew notice from Meredith and others acting under Lilith Tiamat. 551 553 554 555

Aya Tiamat later offered Aisha a job and extraordinary compensation. Rather than seek wealth, status, or power for herself, Aisha asked Aya to ensure her sisters’ safety, education, and happiness. She also accepted Aya’s condition for restoring the Four Strategists: they would live again but forget her and be sent away. Aya subsequently arranged training intended to raise Aisha’s physical ability to adamantite-class and her magical power to Hero-class. 586 587 589 601

Following her return to the past, Aisha’s fate changed. In the revised timeline, she inherited her parents’ title, became a celebrated fourth-tier caster, and was elevated to Margrave by the Bloody Emperor.
