Sun Cheng had arrived at just the right time. The moment he entered the [Incubation Chamber], he saw three hulking Decepticon warriors gathered together. Aside from Starscream and Barricade, whom he recognized, there was also an unfamiliar earth-yellow Decepticon warrior.

The instant Starscream saw him enter, his gaze flickered for a while. Only after some time did he turn away and ask, "Have you finished replenishing your energy?"
"Yes, Lord Starscream!"
Sun Cheng replied respectfully. "I came to report to you. I just received a long-range transmission from Laserbeak. He has already arrived on Earth!"
"Commander, is this fellow Frenzy from the [Cassette Corps]?"
The earth-yellow Decepticon interrupted his report with interest. Looking down at Sun Cheng, who did not even reach his knees, the doubt in his buzzing voice was unmistakable. He seemed surprised that Sun Cheng was so weak.
"Soundwave only revived him at Moon Base not long ago..." Starscream answered flatly. Seeing that Sun Cheng was clearly unable to identify the earth-yellow Decepticon, he added, "This is Bonecrusher. You may not know him, because he left Cybertron thousands of years ago in search of the [AllSpark]."
"That was thanks to the Commander discovering me in time and replenishing my energy. Otherwise, I might really have remained dormant until my [Core] was completely depleted!" Bonecrusher's tone was somewhat despondent. "It's a pity about my companions. Lord Megatron ordered the seven of us to set out in search of the [AllSpark] back then. Now, I am the only one who survived by luck!"
Only then did Sun Cheng understand. No wonder he had found it strange that this warrior, who was obviously at least a high-ranking Decepticon, had faint rust spots on his body. Those were signs found only on Decepticons whose energy had been so severely depleted that their maintenance functions had been forced to shut down and they had entered old age.
Now that he knew the other party was a Decepticon warrior dispatched from Cybertron thousands of years ago, Sun Cheng was no longer surprised that he, despite inheriting all of Frenzy's memories, did not recognize him.
The [AllSpark] was Cybertron's supreme sacred relic. Even Frenzy knew little about its origins. He only knew that the [AllSpark] possessed unimaginably terrifying energy and could provide mechanical lifeforms with the life force needed to evolve to a higher level.
Clearly, the [AllSpark] possessed the power to influence control over Cybertron.
Thus, at the beginning of the Cybertronian civil war, the Decepticon Corps and their mortal enemies—the Autobots—fought one fierce battle after another over the [AllSpark].
At last, after one battle, the [AllSpark] completely vanished along with a warship that had only recently launched into space.
After that, both the Decepticon Corps and their mortal enemies—the Autobots—sent countless warriors to search for it in every corner of the universe. Most of those dispatched had departed in secrecy, so it was no wonder Frenzy had not known Bonecrusher.
To Sun Cheng's surprise, Starscream soon dismissed Bonecrusher from the [Incubation Chamber]. Only after Bonecrusher had gone far away did Starscream look back at Sun Cheng and ask, "Did Laserbeak come alone?"
"Unless something unexpected happened, he should have. Soundwave left Cybertron in a hurry and did not bring anyone other than Laserbeak!"
The red light in Starscream's eyes flickered for a moment before he asked again, "What did the transmission say?"
Sun Cheng did not hide anything. He directly sent the full contents to Starscream, who nodded in satisfaction.
Starscream read it quickly, but frowned once he was done. "Do not reply to him for now. Wait for my next order."
"Yes!" After answering, Sun Cheng obediently stood to one side without another word.
Starscream glanced at him but ignored him, turning instead to Barricade. "How are Onslaught's preparations coming along?"
"The situation is not optimistic. Humanity's defensive forces are somewhat beyond our expectations. Onslaught has complained to me three times already. He says that unless Lord Starscream personally intervenes, the odds of the two of us obtaining it are less than fifty percent. His preparations have therefore been quite lackluster lately. He has even considered leaving!" Barricade replied.
"I cannot intervene personally!" Starscream shook his head, frowning slightly. "I have awakened Bonecrusher. I did not originally intend to wake him this early, but I will persuade him to go with you."
"The aircraft—the key is humanity's aircraft!"
Even after receiving Starscream's assurance, Barricade's voice remained highly irritated. "None of us are Triple Changers. Aside from Onslaught, who has anti-air capabilities, the rest of us lack them. There are too many human aircraft deployed there. Once they take off, they will put us at a severe disadvantage."
Sun Cheng was thoroughly confused by this evasive exchange.
Putting everything together, he roughly understood. Something Starscream wanted was located in a human military base, where the defenses were so tight that even Onslaught—the Decepticon warrior Starscream had sent there long ago—believed the mission would be difficult to accomplish.
At that point, Sun Cheng finally understood why Starscream needed him.
He immediately took the initiative and said, "Lord Starscream, Lord Barricade, if you are wary of human aircraft, why not let me infiltrate the site before the operation begins? I can disable the aircrafts' onboard electronic systems and keep them from taking off!"
"It is not that simple!"
Barricade turned back to look at him with a frown. He glanced at Starscream, and only after seeing that Starscream gave no indication did he explain to Sun Cheng, "The aircraft in the human base we intend to invade are not our only concern. With myself, Onslaught, and Bonecrusher working together, we should be able to destroy them in the shortest time possible. But there is another base nearby. Once fighting starts, they may be able to dispatch aircraft within ten minutes at most. That would be extremely detrimental to our operation!"
"Then why not split up?"
Sun Cheng was stunned. Such a simple matter had actually left these Decepticons so conflicted.
"Split up?" Barricade froze, then shook his head. "If we split up, it will be difficult for us to destroy that base in the shortest possible time!"
Perhaps Sun Cheng's hesitant expression had piqued his curiosity, because Starscream also looked at him, the red light in his eyes growing brighter. "You have a solution? Let's hear it..."
"Yes, Lord Starscream!"
Sun Cheng had been waiting for those words. The moment Starscream spoke, he immediately explained with confidence, "My plan is still to split up. Send either Lord Barricade or Lord Bonecrusher to the other base to keep them occupied. All he needs to do is cause havoc, destroy all aircraft at that base as quickly as possible, eliminate its ability to provide support, and draw any potential reinforcements from other nearby bases there. Once he has tied them down, he can leave."
"As for the other side, I will infiltrate the base in advance and strive to disable its communications equipment and electronic systems the instant the operation begins. I will also help Lord Onslaught and the others destroy as much of their air power as possible. With our current lineup, I do not think completing the mission should be difficult!"
After considering it carefully, Barricade's eyes lit up. He quickly nodded in agreement. "This plan will work. It is far more reliable than Onslaught's plan!"
"Good. Barricade, contact Onslaught first and inform him of the plan. Once night falls, send Frenzy to that graveyard ahead of time." Even Starscream studied him deeply for quite some time before finally smiling. "Little one, my previous promise still stands. Help me obtain that item, and I will reward you with a piece of AllSpark. Work diligently for me, and before long, the Frenzy we know will return!"
