Another Deal (Part 2)

From afar, he spotted a figure standing on the Gobi below.

Sun Cheng said to Pioneer over the comm channel, "We're here. Let's head down!"

Since he had no idea whether Sentinel Prime had already been awakened by the Autobots, Sun Cheng had initially approached this trip to New Iacon City with a somewhat pessimistic attitude.

Sun Cheng had come prepared for the worst, but the start seemed to be going rather well.

After landing, he gave Optimus Prime a slight bow. He had never cared much about pride; compared to that, Sun Cheng cared more about how much he could gain.

"Lord Optimus Prime, it is a pleasure to see you again!"

Optimus Prime returned the gesture with a slight nod. "Lord Frenzy, it has been a long time."

After speaking, his gaze fell upon Pioneer.

The electromagnetic frequency was somewhat unfamiliar now, yet it gave him an intensely familiar feeling. Optimus Prime pondered for a moment before finally recognizing Pioneer's identity.

"His forces are still expanding!"

In an instant, a thought surfaced in Optimus Prime's mind, strengthening a certain idea he had held before.

Sun Cheng did not know how Pioneer's appearance had affected Optimus Prime. By now, he had become completely accustomed to dealing with both Decepticons and Autobots, so he spoke bluntly. "The reason I came to see you so suddenly, Lord Optimus Prime, is because I discovered a very important piece of information in Soundwave's memory data. I came specifically to warn you. While I'm at it, I would also like to make another deal with you!"

With a light tap to his chest, Sun Cheng took out a metal disc and tossed it to Optimus Prime.

"May I ask whether your former leader—Sentinel Prime—has already been awakened?"
