They had rendered tremendous service when the Thirteen Primes fought against that evil entity who, according to legend, had once tried to destroy Cybertron and the universe.

With the Star Saber shattered and gone, it was no exaggeration to call the Requiem Blaster Sun Cheng had obtained the most destructive Prime weapon in existence.

Gripping the Requiem Blaster tightly, he carefully examined its changes bit by bit.

In Cybertron's ancient myths, Megatronus had been the second Cybertronian Prime to fall after Emperor Maximo.

However, Jetfire's understanding of Cybertron's ancient myths was limited to what had been recorded in books, so he knew little of the stories hidden behind those myths.

As a result, Sun Cheng was now filled with doubts as well.

Solus Prime and Megatronus had been lovers, yet she had left two restrictions within her lover's weapon.

Once the first restriction was triggered, it changed the Requiem Blaster's original ability to devour external energy sources and replenish its user into an ability that devoured anyone who tried to wield the weapon.

The second restriction disabled the Requiem Blaster's ability to draw energy from stars.

Sun Cheng did not know when Solus Prime had placed those two restrictions inside the Requiem Blaster.

If she had done so at the very beginning of its forging, then the answer was truly frightening.

Because there were only two possible explanations. Either the other Primes had foreseen long ago that Megatronus might fall.

Or the time travelers from the future—who, according to Jetfire's memories, had been recorded as appearing multiple times throughout Cybertronian history—really existed.
