• Luo Yunji bit the Seven Star Sword’s jewel, but He Dazhi and Wu Dayi restored it as a prank, and He Dazhi later repaired Lin Jingyu’s Dragon Slayer Sword with Cheng Liquid.
• The Blood-Sucking Ancestor attacked Zhang Xiaofan and Lin Jingyu, but Luo Yunji’s spirit companions overwhelmed him and Luo Yunji kept his Red Skull.
• Luo Yunji used Yin Spirits to train the disciples, then unleashed powerful rain and ice techniques during a fight between the righteous and Demon Sect cultivators.

Big Bamboo Peak’s disciples helped Luo Yunji break the Ghost King’s formation and defeat the Kui Ox, then returned to Azure Cloud Mountain amid growing suspicion about Zhang Xiaofan. The arc ended with Zhang Xiaofan arriving at Jade Purity Hall to face the righteous sects’ questions, while Uncle Wang Er watched from the steps.

• The Ghost King trapped the Kui Ox in a formation, but He Dazhi led Azure Cloud disciples in a plan to break it, and Luo Yunji bit through the formation’s magical tools.
• The Kui Ox broke free and rampaged, but Luo Yunji and Zhang Xiaofan combined their powers to wound and restrain it until it died in Dahei’s coils.
• Zhang Xiaofan found his Fire Poker and Dabai’s skull in the Kui Ox’s wound, and He Dazhi helped capture the escaping Kui Ox soul before the disciples butchered the beast and shared its meat.
• The righteous sects questioned Zhang Xiaofan about Tianyin Temple’s Great Brahma Prajna and the Bloodthirsty Orb, while He Dazhi challenged the accusers and defended him.
• The Ghost King traded an incomplete Heavenly Book for most of the Kui Ox’s soul, and the Azure Cloud group left Liubo Mountain before visiting the Imperial City and returning to Azure Cloud Mountain.
• Cangsong confronted Daoxuan over the Ancestral Hall’s Forbidden Ground, while Tian Buyi decided not to cross its boundary after concluding Daoxuan was hiding someone whose exposure could endanger the sect.
• Bi Yao urged Zhang Xiaofan to leave with her, but he refused because Big Bamboo Peak had become his home, then prepared food for Luo Yunji and formally bade farewell to Tian Buyi, Su Ru, and his senior brothers.
• Zhang Xiaofan accompanied Tian Buyi, Su Ru, and Tian Linger to Heaven-Reaching Peak, where he resolved to protect Big Bamboo Peak and reached Jade Purity Hall as Uncle Wang Er watched him.

Zhang Xiaofan faced accusations over his Buddhist cultivation and Fire Poker as Cangsong’s betrayal brought the Demon Sect to Azure Cloud Mountain. Daoxuan unleashed the Zhu Xian Sword Array to repel the invaders, but collapsed afterward with a reopened, possibly poisoned wound.

• Daoxuan questioned Zhang Xiaofan about Great Brahma Prajna and the Fire Poker, but Zhang challenged the evidence against him and defended Tian Buyi when Shangguan Ce attacked.
• The apparent Shangguan Ce was exposed as Zhou Yin, a Longevity Hall assassin, and the Seven-tailed Centipede from Zhang Xiaofan’s Fire Poker bit him.
• Cangsong stabbed Daoxuan and revealed his betrayal, then joined the Demon Sect as its leaders attacked Azure Cloud Mountain.
• Zhang Xiaofan pursued Cangsong, killed Zhou Yin and other Demon Sect fighters, and struggled to control the black Blood Flame engulfing him.
• The One-Armed Elder watched Zhang Xiaofan chant with the Jiemo Bead as the Zhu Xian Ancient Sword stirred in Illusion Moon Cave Abode.
• Luo Yunji disrupted the fighting by sending the Black Water Mystic Snake after both sides, while Daoxuan returned and the Demon Sect renewed its assault.

Zhang Xiaofan and Big Bamboo Peak helped Azure Cloud Sect recover from the battle, while Luo Yunji’s drunken power brought a devastating rain and the Son of the Underworld. At Heaven-Reaching Peak, Zhang Xiaofan learned the truth about Grass Temple Village, and Luo Yunji’s dangerous Rain Technique left Big Bamboo Peak preparing to evacuate its residents.

• Zhang Xiaofan brought medicine and restorative treats to the injured Daoxuan, then helped feed and revive Azure Cloud Sect’s disciples with Big Bamboo Peak’s special foods.

• At Heaven-Reaching Peak, Zhang Xiaofan confronted Tianyin Temple, and Faxiang admitted that Puzhi had killed Grass Temple Village’s inhabitants and passed Zhang the Great Brahma Prajna and Bloodthirsty Orb.
• Luo Yunji woke and comforted Zhang Xiaofan, then his Rain Technique struck down the gathered leaders as Tian Buyi took his family and disciples back to Big Bamboo Peak.
