He was still standing in the headmaster's office, watching Dumbledore place the emptied crystal vial back on a shelf.

"You have a different lesson, Silvan," Dumbledore explained of his own accord. "Though these memories are rare—you know, finding someone willing to recall the adult Voldemort is almost impossible. In fact, I doubt that, aside from Tom himself, there are any living people who can tell us in detail about his experiences after leaving Hogwarts.

"But these are more suited for Harry to watch and understand. In a sense, he and Voldemort are actually alike."

"Because Snape and Harry can hardly stay in the same place peacefully," Silvan said. "Without anyone else present, they usually start arguing within ten minutes."

"I know—" Dumbledore sighed. "But I thought they could tell which matter was more important."
