What did Tonatiuh want to do?

After careful consideration, the God King felt it was time to let the world know about the rise of the Zul Empire and the trolls.

Before this, Tonatiuh had been keeping the trolls confined to developing and farming in Tanaris and Un'Goro Crater. Aside from a small number of adventurers and scouts, the trolls had never marched into other parts of Kalimdor or Azeroth.
