Krasus is among the Kirin Tor's most gifted archmages, regarded as comparable only to Kel'Thuzad among Dalaran's leading mages. Despite his standing in the city, he is secretly a red dragon and the consort of Alexstrasza. 11

He has lived long enough to have encountered demons ten thousand years earlier, giving him unusual firsthand knowledge of demonic creatures and their threats. 43

While discussing a fel-mutated hellhound with Antonidas, Krasus concludes that a lord-level demon must be involved. Medivh interrupts the discussion, immobilizes Krasus, and rebukes him for interfering with Dalaran. 20

Dalaran Sewer Expedition

Krasus joins Lister, Cromie, Uther, and their companions in investigating Dalaran's neglected sewers. He agrees to provide funding for the work after Lister refuses to solve the Kirin Tor's problem without payment. 38

During the encounter with Seranas and her spider swarm, Krasus directs the group's magical defense, uses Dragon Breath against the spiderlings, and coordinates with Lister's frost magic to exploit the creatures' weakness to sudden temperature changes. 39
