(The opening is just some author's rambling. If you don't like it, you can skip a page or two to get to the main text. Probably a page or two.
Today, I seriously read everyone's comments and feedback. They were indeed pretty good. I also saw many comments saying that if someone with the Mangekyō used Hashirama Cells, they wouldn't go blind. I checked a lot of forums, clickbait accounts, and content creators, but none of them had a definitive answer.
Everyone has their own reasoning, and I couldn't find what Kishimoto himself said either. After reading so many Naruto fanfics and watching so many Naruto explanations, I found that many fanfics said transplanting Hashirama Cells could only slow the rate of blindness from using the Mangekyō.
It couldn't make the Mangekyō permanently sustainable outright. Otherwise, why would Kishimoto have created the Eternal Mangekyō, eternal light? And why didn't Obito go blind? Half his body was practically plant matter, so the side effects were naturally greatly reduced.
I also saw another explanation—the image is in the author's notes. They said Obito didn't go blind because Kamui didn't consume much, and because he only had one Mangekyō eye, so the drain wasn't as severe as having both. Look at Sasuke and big brother Itachi—just using Amaterasu made them bleed all over the place.
Oh, and about Lightning Cutter and Chidori: everyone who has watched the Naruto anime or played Bleach vs. Naruto, gather around. I want to ask: if they didn't shout the names of their skills, would you know who was fighting whom?
Anyway, I wouldn't. (ΩДΩ) If there are any more issues later on, or if I make any mistakes, you can leave a comment there. I read all the comments.
Also, I realized I seem to have padded out a lot of word count. Padding word count is so fun. (^▽^))

As Kotetsu Hagane was sent flying, the Hidden Leaf Village shinobi surrounded Josuke.
Were they trying to wear him down with a rotation of fighters?
Did these few people really think they could stop him? Josuke didn't think so.
"I advise you to leave now. Otherwise, you'll lose badly."
Josuke deliberately deepened his voice.
He gripped the weapon he had snatched from Kotetsu Hagane.
Just as Josuke had thought—the Three-Tails' eye?
The tailed beast's aura had almost completely faded away. Perhaps he could awaken it again, though he would need some tailed beast chakra. And as luck would have it, didn't he have exactly that?
Josuke slowly infused it with some Nine-Tails chakra.
The weapon instantly seemed to come alive, radiating a dense water-element aura.
The Three-Tails, Isobu, was commonly known as the giant turtle. So it really was its eye. But no one knew where this weapon had come from. They only knew that the Hidden Mist Village and the Hidden Leaf Village had fought once in the past.
One of the Three-Tails' eyes had been blinded. That was all.
What delighted Josuke even more was that the shriveled, withered eye on the weapon now seemed to have come alive. It was continuously and curiously observing its surroundings.
The Three-Tails could see?
Josuke didn't know.
In that case, he would try the power of a tailed beast.
He looked at the Hidden Leaf Village shinobi surrounding him.
"Water Style: Great Waterfall Technique!"
Josuke spat an enormous sphere of water forward, blasting toward his enemies.
The Great Waterfall Technique completely blocked the view ahead. Josuke carried his hammer forward as one Hidden Leaf Village shinobi tried to resist, using Earth-Style: Mud Wall to block the Great Waterfall Technique.
Josuke immediately leaped like a god of war.
He landed in front of the man and grabbed him by the throat.
"How many floors can one sack of rice carry?"
Josuke asked.
Hidden Leaf Village Shinobi A struggled in pain as Josuke strangled him, on the verge of suffocation. His companion rushed in to help, launching a Great Fireball at Josuke's back in a sneak attack.
Josuke sneered.
He tossed Shinobi A behind him. The Great Fireball struck Shinobi A and blasted him half to death.
Then Josuke instantly appeared before the shinobi who had ambushed him. So you were the one who attacked me from behind?
Josuke swung his hammer right away, sending that sneaky bastard flying.
Everyone had seen Josuke's strength with their own eyes. What gave them the nerve to stand in his way when they knew their own limits? Just then!
Three special jōnin arrived.
After learning what had happened from their companions, they stepped in front of Josuke.
"Sir, whatever your purpose may be, leave now and you will not be harmed. Otherwise, don't blame us if our attacks show no mercy."
The leading special jōnin spoke to Josuke.
Clearly, Josuke had no intention of giving them face. Two Great Fireballs exploded toward the three of them.
Seeing that negotiations had failed, the three simply attacked.
The leader struck first, using Earth Release: Fissure and Wind Style to limit Josuke's movement. He couldn't stay on the ground, so Josuke leaped into the air.
Someone was waiting for him overhead.
The man hurled three kunai with explosive tags attached, then slashed at Josuke with a longsword.
The explosive tags detonated first.
Bang! Bang! Bang!
After three explosions, dust and smoke billowed into the air. The airborne jōnin looked over and saw the smoke split cleanly in two.
But Josuke was not split in two as he had expected.
The man had missed.
How was that possible?
"Hey, what are you looking at?"
The voice came from above the jōnin's head.
The jōnin was startled and looked up. When had he gotten above him?
Before he could react, a punch blasted him into the ground, leaving him severely injured.
He had defeated a jōnin within mere breaths. This boy's strategy and martial prowess were likely no weaker than Kakashi's. The remaining two jōnin exchanged looks.
After thinking for a moment, they decided sneak attacks wouldn't work. Then they would fight at range.
With that, they used Majestic Destroyer Flame to widen the distance between themselves and Josuke.
Just as they had expected, Josuke was good at close combat but weak at long range. But being blindly confident in their own strength was not a good thing.
Just as the two were preparing to fire Great Fireballs.
Three kunai flew toward them. They quickly dodged, inwardly mocking him. Is that all?
Little did they know that they were the lambs awaiting slaughter.
"Fire Style: Great Fireball Technique!"
Two fireballs exploded in a pincer attack on either side of Josuke. The two exchanged smiles. It seemed Josuke had definitely been injured in the explosion this time, if their assumptions were correct.
Josuke was probably a shinobi with decent taijutsu who knew no ninjutsu, which was why he had suffered just now.
Now was their time to hunt!!!
If Josuke had not wanted to conceal his identity, they would have been dead long ago.
He wouldn't even have needed to activate Susanoo. One Amaterasu would have burned them to death, let alone Susanoo simply cutting them down with a single slash.
One of the kunai he had thrown earlier bore the Flying Thunder God mark.
Josuke had been waiting for this moment.
"Flying Thunder God, activate!!"
Josuke became a black flash and instantly appeared behind the two of them.
He formed hand seals and unleashed two enormous Great Fireball Techniques.
Without the slightest hesitation, he attacked their backs. It wouldn't kill them, but they would be severely injured for at least half a month.
Josuke didn't want to kill them. When Pain invaded the Hidden Leaf Village, he would still need these Hidden Leaf Village shinobi as cannon fodder to buy time for the prince's arrival. How could they just die here?
The two took the Great Fireballs head-on.
No one could stop Josuke anymore. Chūnin? Genin?
Before absolute strength, they were merely cannon fodder brought in to make up the numbers.
After dealing with them, Josuke strode away.
Before leaving, he dropped a harsh warning.
"Remember, those who hurt others..."
