Beneath a vast stretch of reefs, a large group of merfolk streamed in and out of a huge mine entrance. They carried raw ore wrapped around with deep-blue metal from the depths of the mine, handing it over to several oddly dressed merfolk craftsmen, who slowly used water elements to remove the stone debris clinging to the raw ore.

After the merfolk craftsmen removed the dirt and debris from the raw ore, the exposed irregular deep-blue metal was transported to Taylor, who placed it into his storage ring, completing the cycle.

Taylor was currently conducting his dissection experiments inside the chieftain's exclusive coral hut. The metal was piled up at the entrance, yet not a single merfolk dared to steal any. They simply worked honestly.

He was constantly shrouded in mist, making him look hazy and indistinct.

Even the ocean view he most wanted to see was covered by a faint veil of mist. After he dispersed it, it would slowly gather again.
