Bobby formed after Taylor used Mild Mechanized Mind to vent emotions accumulated through study and experimentation. He embodies Taylor's laziness, reluctance, indolence, awkwardness, and related emotions mixed with mental power. Taylor assigned him to puppet-construct theory, reasoning that better puppets would let Bobby obtain the leisure he wanted 32.

While Taylor studied under Wizard Krite, Bobby focused on elemental-puppet construction, including responsibility for the unfinished lava puppet. He observed Krite's construct-enchantment work alongside Taylor and Kano, helping the three consciousnesses absorb the master's knowledge 35 37.

Taylor promised Bobby an independent body after Kano received one. Bobby later acquired a deep-blue Magic Mech body, then chose a flesh-and-blood puppet body over Kano's more durable mimicry Magic Mech body because he wanted to regain ordinary physical senses 40 55 123.

Bobby became a key rear-area manager for Taylor's growing operations. He directed Magic Mechs in resource extraction, led puppet-enchantment teams with Lunna, oversaw factory production, coordinated wartime logistics, and helped develop Taylor's warship and puppet forces 100 216 291 306.

During Taylor's pursuit of Rank Three, Bobby controlled seventy percent of the Marvel world's industries, with both S.H.I.E.L.D. and Hydra under his rule. He used this position to gather resources and technologies, including the Obelisk, Pym Particles, Yellowjacket technology, and gravitons 267.

By the Great Infinite Planar War, Bobby was one of 500 Worlds's two great kings and its primary logistical supporter. Despite his usual desire to rest, he worked continuously on defensive energy cores and supply demands while worrying about Taylor and Kano at the front 383 384.

His laziness does not mean incompetence. Bobby is highly capable when given a project that promises future comfort or serves Taylor's interests. He can manage industrial systems, direct large-scale enchantment work, develop complex puppets, and produce strategic weapons over decades of research 100 216 291 390.

Unlike Kano, Bobby has sympathy and reluctance toward unnecessary cruelty. During the Merfolk Kingdom's exploitation, he opposed working the fishmen to death, partly because he could not bear it and partly because preserving them would create greater long-term value 78.
