Moust is a second-rank White Wizard whose knowledge and life level vastly exceed those of first-rank wizards. During discussions concerning demons and angels, the surrounding wizards defer to him immediately when he speaks, while his assistant Vincent reports directly to him. 151

He later participates in an extended academic exchange with Taylor. What begins as an assessment of Taylor's attainments in elemental studies, spatial studies, and biology develops into a symposium lasting over a day. Moust is impressed enough by Taylor's research into Blood God Runes to join the discussion. 153

After the exchange, Moust publicly recognizes Taylor's exceptional knowledge, calls him a future pillar of the White Tower Alliance, and welcomes him into the group’s plans regarding angelic and demonic experimental materials. 153

Personality

Moust is authoritative and dismissive toward those he considers beneath his level. When informed that the Demon King Army's leader seeks to profit from a demon–angel conflict, he mocks the leader's ambition as laughable overreach. 151
