Background / History

Sasuke grew up in the Uchiha clan with his parents, Fugaku and Mikoto, and his older brother, Itachi. He remembers Itachi as gentle, talented, and caring, despite frequently being too busy to spend time with him. 37 50

His life was defined by the Uchiha clan massacre. Returning from the Ninja Academy, Sasuke found the clan district covered in corpses and discovered his parents dead, with Itachi standing between them. The event left him consumed by grief, hatred, and the goal of killing his brother. 50

Following the massacre, Sasuke was left without systematic Sharingan instruction; the scrolls remaining at home covered only basic Fire Release. His isolation and lack of guidance contribute to his uncertainty over Sharingan genjutsu. 45
