Zhao Yun is summoned when the name on the first page of Zhuge Ming's Records of the Three Kingdoms manifests as a figure of light. He immediately kneels and recognizes Zhuge Ming as his lord, though he initially needs time to adapt to the unfamiliar power of Douluo Continent. 3

Expansion Through the Villages

Zhao Yun secures three eastern villages with three hundred soul power soldiers. In Peng Village, he captures a grain transport unit and obtains intelligence on Langya City's thirty-thousand-man garrison and its strongest defender, Owens. 16 17

Disguised as a spear master, Zhao Yun enters Langya City, challenges Owens to a wager, and defeats him through superior technique. He uses the duel to help Owens break through his bottleneck, earning enough trust for Owens to pledge allegiance to Shu-Han. 19 20 21 22
