Liu Erlong leads Blue Tyrant Academy and spends long periods secluded in its rear-mountain courtyard, a place the academy staff know not to disturb. She is one of the Golden Iron Triangle's former members, alongside Yu Xiaogang and Flender, and is known by the title Slaughtering Horn. 16 17

When Du Bei uses the Magic Mirror to show footage of the Golden Iron Triangle's past, Liu Erlong initially questions its authenticity. The footage reveals that Yu Xiaogang learned they were cousins yet continued associating with her, while also depicting his schemes involving the group. Liu Erlong fiercely rejects the evidence and insists that Yu Xiaogang would never betray his companions. 17

After exposing her identity in the group meeting, she defends Yu Xiaogang's reputation and his Ten Core Theories of Martial Souls. Her public dispute with Bibi Dong reveals their long-standing hostility and their competing feelings toward Yu Xiaogang. 18 21
