Background / History

Xiao Wu originally lived as a 100,000-year soul beast. After taking human form, she became lost and hungry in Notting City, where she encountered Du Bei while he was eating. Their meeting became the beginning of her life under his care. 3

Du Bei later adopted Xiao Wu, and she became closely associated with both Nuoding Academy and his Black Hand Gang. The gang's members defer to her as “Sister Xiao Wu,” while she helps direct work-study students and keeps a close watch on Du Bei. 2 8 11
