Natsuki returned from the Warring States era, helped the Loulan Remnants, and prepared allies for the war while the moon’s forces targeted Hanabi. As the Stone Golems advanced and Madara was revived, Natsuki strengthened the Uchiha and confronted Kakashi about his future with Rin.

• Natsuki sent Uchiha Hikari through the Dragon Vein to Boruto’s era, where she reunited with Boruto and recovered their shared memories.
• Natsuki revived Sarah, arranged for the Loulan Remnants to relocate to Konoha, and trained Sasuke and Itachi to enter Sage Mode.
• Hagoromo restored Hamura and entrusted Toneri with a mission, while Toneri awakened the Tenseigan and set his sights on the Hyuga Clan.
• Naruto and Hinata exchanged engagement rings as Natsuki detected a lunar scan targeting Hinata and Hanabi.
• Obito sent thirty thousand Stone Golems toward the Ninja Alliance, and Minato’s attack failed to stop them after Gū disrupted his Tailed Beast Bomb.
• Natsuki gave Yōya Keimei’s Mangekyō Sharingan and arranged for Keimei to receive Byakugan, then broke the seal on Hayato’s memories and warned Minato about the moon’s interest in Hanabi.

Natsuki prepared the Allied Forces for Obito’s assault while Kakashi survived his fated battle with Obito. As the war intensified, Natsuki freed Hozuki Gengetsu from Dionysus’s control, leaving the allied forces facing a new attack from the southeast.

• Shion foresaw Kakashi’s death, so Natsuki secretly arranged for Tenten and Ajisai to summon Kakashi to medical care if he was mortally wounded.
• Natsuki led the Uchiha Clan in rallying the Allied Forces, then explained the Mangekyo Sharingan’s stages to Sasuke as Obito planned to pit Madara against him.
• Natsuki reunited Jiraiya with Yahiko, Nagato, and Konan, then told them how their lives had been shaped by Obito, Madara, Zetsu, and Mount Myōboku.
• The Allied Forces fought Stone Golems and White Zetsu at the Vast Plains, and Kakashi and Obito struck each other’s hearts before Kakashi was summoned away and saved by Tsunade.
• After the battle, Natsuki’s forces used Healing Mist to expose infiltrating White Zetsu, while Obito used the Box of Paradise to sacrifice Jibei City and obtain the Six-Tails.

Natsuki and the Allied Forces broke the White Zetsu army and confronted Obito’s forces while Natsuki fought Madara and stopped Hagoromo’s attack on Hanabi. The stretch ended with the alliance regrouping as Madara reached Hashirama in the east.

• Black Zetsu and Dionysus revived Uchiha Madara, who learned that Uchiha Natsuki had become the Uchiha Clan Head and Ninja Alliance commander.
• Natsuki confronted Madara in the north, where their battles escalated to Perfect Susanoo clashes and ended with both unable to return to headquarters.
• On the southern battlefield, Natsuki impersonated Hibaku and unleashed a colossal explosion that destroyed the White Zetsu army and damaged the Demonic Statue of the Outer Path.
• The Allied Forces withdrew to headquarters, where Shion raised a Time Sealing Barrier as Obito summoned the Demonic Statue outside it and Nagato’s group engaged him.
• Hagoromo and Toneri attacked Hanabi and Hinata, but Natsuki fought Hagoromo and killed Hamura after Hagoromo forced Hinata to surrender her eyes to Toneri.
• Natsuki revived Hinata, treated the injured, and returned with Minato to headquarters as the Alliance prepared to face Obito and Gū.
• Hashirama and Tobirama defeated Tobi’s forces in the east, and Madara arrived to call out to Hashirama.

Natsuki and the Shinobi Alliance battled the Ten-Tails as Obito absorbed it and Madara reclaimed his power. After Natsuki completed his Kekkei Mōra transformation and saved Minato from the God Tree’s drain, Hagoromo revealed the schemes behind the war and offered Obito power to oppose Madara and Natsuki.

• Natsuki revived Ryūzetsu, rallied the Shinobi Alliance, and led its fighters against the transforming Ten-Tails while Madara and Hashirama resumed their old battle.
• Obito absorbed the Ten-Tails, but its chaotic Chakra overwhelmed him, and the expelled Tailed Beasts attacked the Alliance until Natsuki and the Uchiha fought them back.
• Madara controlled Obito into performing Reanimation Jutsu, recovered both Rinnegan, and admitted that he had arranged Rin’s death to make Obito his pawn.
• Natsuki fought Madara as the Ten-Tails Jinchuriki, completed his Kekkei Mōra transformation, and warned the Alliance that the God Tree was draining their Chakra.
• Minato connected the allied shinobi with Kurama’s Chakra, but the God Tree absorbed their energy and left Minato near death until Natsuki transferred Chakra to him.
• Hagoromo told Obito that Black Zetsu had manipulated Madara to revive Kaguya and revealed that Natsuki was an Otsutsuki who had reclaimed his power.
• Hagoromo asked Obito to fight Madara and Natsuki, explaining that he and Toneri needed Yin-Yang Fusion to seal Natsuki, and Obito offered his left hand.
