Natsuki and the Allied Forces confronted Madara and Isshiki as the God Tree neared its fruit, then fought Madara until Black Zetsu’s betrayal brought Kaguya back. Natsuki’s team drove Kaguya into the Expanding Truth-Seeking Orb and ultimately swallowed her in a tear in space, though Natsuki was left recovering and Minato wondered if they had won.

• Otsutsuki Hagoromo empowered Obito, but Obito learned he had been used as a pawn while Natsuki prepared the Allied Forces for Isshiki’s arrival.
• Madara moved to claim the blooming God Tree, but Isshiki attacked him as Natsuki’s allies marked Madara’s Limbo Clones and Guy opened the Gate of Death to fight him.
• Kazuki used Sanuki Iyo to restore Guy after his body burned out, while Obito cut down the God Tree and Madara absorbed it to cast Infinite Tsukuyomi.
• Natsuki resisted the Infinite Tsukuyomi and confronted Madara, fighting him with Sage-powered armor as Madara’s Limbo Clones and growing power prolonged the battle.
• Natsuki, Minato, Itachi, Yōya, and Kimimaro joined forces against Madara, but Black Zetsu betrayed him and Kaguya emerged after Natsuki’s weapon consumed Black Zetsu and Obito’s hand.
• Kaguya sent Natsuki and his allies through several dimensions, but Minato’s Flying Thunder God and Tenten’s summons helped them evade her while they attacked her together.

Natsuki sacrificed himself to destroy Kaguya, but his allies prepared for his eventual revival as the nations rebuilt and faced new Otsutsuki threats. After returning as a soul, he reunited with his companions, learned what had happened during his absence, and began searching for the Water of Life and Gelel Ore.

• Natsuki sacrificed himself with Kaguya, ended the Infinite Tsukuyomi, and entrusted his allies with preparing for future Otsutsuki attacks.
• Kimimaro and Orochimaru began working toward Natsuki’s revival, while the villages formed the Heavenly Beings Organization and rebuilt after the war.
• Minato and Itachi revealed to Naruto and Sasuke that Natsuki had planned his apparent death, and Orochimaru estimated that his return would take decades.
• Orochimaru’s attempt to reincarnate Haku left her soul fractured, while the nations expanded and two and a half years passed.
• Naruto and Sasuke helped revive Minato and Madara as Kara’s plans advanced, and Natsuki awakened in the Pure Land and escaped into the living world.

Natsuki prepared for his reincarnation and the coming Otsutsuki attack, then returned to battle Momoshiki, Kinshiki, Urashiki, and Hagoromo. The moon began falling as the shinobi fought inside Hagoromo’s sealed barrier, with Naruto and Sasuke facing Momoshiki while Natsuki confronted Hagoromo.

• Tenten dreamed of Neji’s death, and Neji comforted her before Natsuki’s group uncovered the Gelel Ore Vein and stored its life-giving mist and Water of Life.
• Natsuki used the Water of Life to help Kakashi, Konan, and others, while Orochimaru prepared Kimimaro’s rebirth and Haku recovered her adult body and sanity.
• Shion foresaw the moon breaking apart, so Natsuki coordinated village defenses, arranged his reincarnation, and gathered allies and Uchiha in the Land of Wind.
• Natsuki’s Karma thawed during the reincarnation, and Naruto and Sasuke fought Toneri until Hagoromo ordered him to retreat.
• Momoshiki, Kinshiki, and Urashiki arrived as Natsuki completed his return, and the gathered shinobi engaged them while Hagoromo took control of Toneri and set the moon’s meteors in motion.
• Natsuki fought Momoshiki and Kinshiki as Hagoromo attacked with Limbo Clones, and Nagato stopped Momoshiki from absorbing Kinshiki until Momoshiki seized and consumed Kinshiki’s Chakra Pill.
• Hagoromo trapped Natsuki, Minato, Nagato, Urashiki, and the others in a Space-Time Sealing Jutsu while the Cloud Village’s cannon struck the falling moon.
• Natsuki increased his power to face Hagoromo, while Yōya, Naruto, and Sasuke fought Momoshiki and Nagato pursued Urashiki inside the barrier.

Natsuki defeated Otsutsuki Hagoromo, then returned to his friends and helped Haku face her feelings for him. He later led the villages toward coordinated development and revived Hashirama and Tobirama, while searching for Urashiki and preparing for the Otsutsuki threat.

• Natsuki destroyed the approaching Moon with Indra’s Arrow, then defeated Hagoromo with his new Dojutsu and Indra drew Hagoromo’s remaining Yang Power and soul into a vortex.
• Guy and Rock Lee struck down Momoshiki and Urashiki, but Urashiki escaped before an Otsutsuki Style Formation captured him, and Obito and Indra later trapped Hagoromo in an isolated dimension.
• Natsuki comforted Haku after she confessed her feelings, then asked her to mature before they discussed a relationship, promising she could confess again in three years.
• Natsuki discovered signs that Amado had taken Urashiki, gave Kimimaro his Sage Core, and visited friends and former allies across the villages.
• At the leaders’ council, Natsuki proposed shinobi allowances, shared development, and reviving Hashirama, Tobirama, and Madara, and the leaders accepted his plans.
• Natsuki and Orochimaru revived Hashirama and Tobirama, and Nagato used the Rinnegan to transfer their souls into prepared bodies.
