Identity

Jello's name encompasses two distinct beings. The original Jello was summoned from another world by Moirai, but was intercepted before reaching the Skyvault Continent. The Void Evil Gods destroyed his soul, remade his body, implanted his memories into a manufactured consciousness, and assigned the resulting Second-Generation Jello to hunt Fate and Heroes. Fragments of the original's incomplete consciousness survived long enough to leave warnings within the soul fragments. 180 339

The Jello celebrated by the Skyvault Continent and adored by the former Hero's Party was the Second-Generation puppet. His apparent death in a duel with Demon King Nag was a deception intended to conceal his escape from the Void's control. He ultimately transferred or merged his consciousness into Nag's body. 306 388 503 504

Appearance

Second-Generation Jello's body was deliberately reconstructed by the Void Evil Gods to fit a generic concept of a human. Individually, none of his features were abnormal, but together they gave an unnervingly indistinct impression. 180 208

Original Jello

The original Jello is defined in the surviving records by terror, anger, and helplessness. Having been replaced before his arrival, he regarded the Skyvault Continent as a world of cruelty and deception, and used his remaining consciousness to warn future outsiders not to trust anyone bearing his name. 180

Second-Generation Jello

Second-Generation Jello maintained the outward image of a gentle, selfless Hero while treating most people as assets. He selected unstable and violent companions, manipulated Athena's affection after rescuing her, and planned to exploit Athena's mana and Sylph's bloodline for his own escape. 253 305 306

He is intensely paranoid of the Void Evil Gods and their possible agents. His belief that Rosweisse was a monitor planted beside him overrode her devotion to him, causing him to murder her when she attempted to reunite with him. 506 507

History

Moirai summoned the original Jello from another world, apparently knowing that the Void Evil Gods would intercept the summoning. Before he reached the Skyvault Continent, the Evil Gods copied his memories, reconstructed his body, and installed them in a puppet consciousness: Second-Generation Jello. The original was erased, though a portion of his consciousness endured in soul imprints. 180 338 339

Second-Generation Jello became the Skyvault Continent's First-Generation Hero. He gathered a party of dangerous, unstable, or deeply vulnerable people, earning extraordinary devotion from nearly all of them. He rescued Athena from an abusive mage and taught her magic, while exploiting her unique capacity to store and provide enormous mana. 24 70 253 305

Behind his Heroic reputation, Jello hunted other summoned Heroes for the Void Evil Gods. He and associates including Muse killed Earthlings who arrived in the world, while Ekaterina murdered at least one newly summoned Hero on his instruction. 180 250

Jello later appeared to die while challenging Demon King Nag alone. In reality, he had already been seeking a way to escape the Void's gaze. His death concealed his survival and eventual presence within Nag's body. 306 388 503

His former party spent years gathering soul fragments, Hero's blood, and ritual materials to resurrect him. The supposed Resurrection Spell was actually a Void Evil Gods trap designed to locate and recapture their rebellious puppet. 24 500

When Qin Chu exposed Jello's survival, the group confronted Demon King Nag. Jello emerged through Nag's body, recognized that Athena and Sylph had learned of his plans, and killed Rosweisse after interpreting her devotion as proof that she was an Evil God agent. 504 506 507
