Chiya slowly descended back to the ground.
Naruto followed behind him. He looked at the nine Tailed Beasts scattered around them, then raised his head toward the enormous stone sphere gradually drifting away, unsure what to say for a moment.
Gyūki had already pushed himself up, several tentacles pulling free from the rubble. The other half of the Nine-Tails lay not far away, its tail sweeping across the ground and sending up clouds of dust as the nearby shinobi hurriedly retreated.
Madara had been sealed, and the Tailed Beasts had all been rescued.
Cheers had already risen from the Allied Shinobi Forces in the distance.
Sasuke walked over to Chiya's side. His gaze swept over the long blade in Chiya's hand before finally settling on the sky.
After a while, Naruto took the initiative to break the silence.
"Actually, this is fine too."
Chiya looked up at him.
"We can figure out what to do next together. The Tailed Beasts are all here, and everyone's here too. It's much better than before."
As Naruto spoke, he looked toward Kaguya in midair again.
"Everyone can take a look at her injuries too."
Chiya said nothing.
He had failed to obtain the complete Ten-Tails, and he was equally unsure how to save Kaguya next. But since the Demonic Statue was still there, he had to find another way.
He remembered that, in the original story, Madara had summoned the Demonic Statue out of Obito's body. Perhaps Sasuke could try it as well.
It was just that the Six Paths — Chibaku Tensei seal now covered it from the outside. Chiya could not say whether it would work.
He looked up at the stone sphere high above, about to discuss it with Sasuke, when he suddenly sensed something strange.
Kaguya's presence had weakened.
