Jiang Yulong arrives at the Demon Pit as the Divine Might Corps' genius representative, where his peers expect a Mysterious Heavenly Stone to fall into his hands. Lin Xuan and Wine Lord secretly redirect the stone at the last moment, leaving Jiang publicly embarrassed and triggering his pursuit of Lin. 34 35

Jiang corners Lin and demands the stone's return, threatening to sever Lin's limbs if he attempts to deceive him. Lin's strongest strike alters Jiang's sword momentum but cannot harm him; Lin then escapes with the damaged Wind-Evasion Talisman, causing Jiang to swear vengeance. 35 36

Afterward, Jiang obtains only one Brown Stone in five days, and it contains nothing. This leaves him frustrated when other elites have acquired more stones. 39

Rivalry with Lin Xuan

When Lin emerges alive from the Demon Pit, Jiang immediately renews his threat to kill him. Lin instead declares that he will defeat Jiang with his sword. 39
