Background / History

When Xiao Lin was gravely injured, Xiao Zhan served as the Xiao Clan's Young Clan Leader and acted in his father's place. Though furious at rival forces seeking to exploit the clan's weakness, he accepted the elders' focus on preserving the clan. He formally received the returned ancestor Xiao Han and brought him to the injured Xiao Lin 1.

Xiao Zhan learned from Xiao Han that the Xiao Clan descended from the ancient Xiao Tribe and faced the Soul Tribe's pursuit of the Tuo She Ancient Emperor Jade. He supported Xiao Han's strategic decision to withdraw from the Imperial Capital and avoid attracting the Soul Hall's attention 2.

After becoming clan leader, he oversaw the Xiao Clan's growth in Wutan City, selected a hundred capable and trustworthy members for Xiao Han's cultivation project, and managed the clan's relocation and expansion 10.
