  • Vikengam’s ability to decipher Poneglyphs earns him the position of the Roger Pirates’ scholar. He identifies the Road Poneglyphs as their route to the true Final Island 17 19.
  • The crew preserves inscriptions through rubbings rather than always taking the stones. They also relocate several Poneglyphs after copying them 34 73 82.
  • By the time they examine the two stones on Fish-Man Island, Vikengam counts eighteen Poneglyphs the crew has found or copied 73.
  • The Roger Pirates and Professor Clover’s scholars later combine their research. At Vatican Island, Roger declares their collection complete and prepares to sail to the Final Island 167.
