Ian returned to the Arcane Empire after a fifty-year voyage and found it fighting Guznader’s undead forces while struggling with Kailos’s Poison and leaks of Imperial secrets. As Ian addressed the Empire’s crises, Charles Smith’s time-rewind ability exposed him to the authorities, who prepared to transfer his case to an Archon’s wife.

• Ian defeated Eve, brought her captive to the Arcane Empire, resigned as Magic Emperor, and prepared to move the Black Clover World into his universe.
• Ian traveled to KonoSuba, helped Visha gain both holy and undead powers, and returned to the Empire as Aquafina’s Naga forces submitted and the war against Guznader spread.
• John Carter, Gom, and Abiodun fought the undead, while Rowena and Dumbledore helped destroy the fallen Omegon Galaxy and Olivia organized the Empire’s defenses.

Chris’s path shifted from aspiring Arcanist to racing, military service, and research after a Cataclysm, while Ian recognized him as a Fate Node and enlisted his help.

• Rowena released Charles after two years of confinement, and Ian sent him to the Marauders Era in a parallel universe after stripping away his magical knowledge.
• Havika Keinaru showed Ian a model for locating planes and parallel universes, while Ian and Rowena mapped the Omniverse and prepared the Empire to seek new worlds.
• Ian reached the Eighth Tier, upgraded the Floating City, and severed the Milky Way’s Universal Web connection as Guznader and six other gods attacked the Empire’s shield.
