Background / History

Chen De was a seventeen-year-old high school student living alone when Qubi led him into a contract. The contract transformed him into a magical girl and armed him against a Lesser Calamity in an alley; he defeated it immediately, earning his first 50,000 yuan. His initial reaction to the danger was that, if wearing a skirt was the price, he would become the toughest one around. 1 2

The contract’s physical side effects gradually altered his civilian body as well as his transformed form. His skin became paler and smoother, his body hair and facial features changed, his hair grew long, and his height steadily decreased.
