Slytherin's True Kingpin
"Help! Prefect Thompson has gone mad! He's trying to assault me!"
The third-year Slytherin girl was terrified and tried to break free from Thompson's iron grip, but Thompson was a fifth-year boy, and how could this frail little girl possibly escape?
"Awooo, awooo, awooo!!!"
Prefect Thompson had now transformed into Werewolf, emitting wild, mating howls, and was about to assault the unfortunate young wizard with his hands and feet.
Lester, who had been waiting for a long time, naturally wouldn't stand idly by.
While everyone in the lounge was focused on the Prefect, Lester swiftly pulled out his wand.
"Disarming Charm!"
A vicious Disarming Charm struck the male Prefect, sending him flying.
You should know that the Disarming Charm is used by Auror to combat dark wizard criminals; when it's used on a person, it can break their ribs.
"Ah!"
The male Prefect, who had been knocked away, let out a wail as his mind returned to normal slightly, but a few seconds later, the effects of the drug kicked in again.
Thompson's eyes turned bloodshot again, and he was breathing heavily. His gaze began to involuntarily focus on the other female students in the lounge.
Such a blatant gaze made the group of female students blush, and they all distanced themselves from Thompson.
"It must be Prefect Thompson's hereditary perversion acting up again! Classmates, quickly restrain him!"
At that moment, Lester stepped forward and cast a precise Petrification Curse on Thompson, freezing Thompson in place.
Malfoy and Jiedi then followed suit, taking out a thick rope used to tie up elephants and binding Thompson tightly.
"That Prefect Thompson is really scary. I never expected him to suddenly go crazy and molest his own junior!"
"How can someone like this be Prefect? I must report him to Professor Snape. How can we guarantee our safety if someone like this is Slytherin Prefect?"
"Yes! This Thompson seems respectable on the surface, but I never expected him to be so horny. He actually tried to force himself on his junior in public!"
Thompson, who was tightly bound by the rope, looked at the classmates surrounding him in layers and the whispers around him, and wished he could just faint on the spot.
"Are you all rebelling? How dare you openly attack Slytherin Prefect!"
Thompson feigned composure, attempting to use his position Prefect to suppress the matter.
"Fute, what are you standing there for? Untie me now!"
Thompson spoke in a stern voice, trying to intimidate the crowd, and at the same time, he ordered his henchmen to untie him.
As Prefect, Thompson was incredibly arrogant and domineering in Slytherin.
The Prefect still carries weight in Slytherin. As soon as Thompson finished speaking, his lackey, Fute, was about to step forward to untie Thompson.
"Stop, Fute. Thompson's condition is still uncertain. If you untie him now, who knows if he'll go crazy?"
Lester was the first to object, blocking Fute and saying gently:
"Fute, I know you care about your friend, but for the safety of all of us Slytherin, you shouldn't untie him yet!"
Lester's reputation is now known to everyone, Fute never wanted to loosen Thompson's reins in the first place, so he's naturally going along with it.
Thompson was furious at Fute for obediently listening to Lester.
"Fute, you bastard, how dare you disobey me! I'll make sure Father kicks your whole family out of the Thompson family!"
"From now on, you'll live in the slums of Knockturn Alley with your lowly Mudblood family!"
He dared not threaten Lester, but Fute was nothing more than a Mudblood child whom he could trample on at will.
Fute's expression changed, and he immediately became panicked.
He usually acted as Thompson's lackey, allowing Thomson to order him around and insult him at will, not because of Thompson's status Prefect.
The main reason is that Fute's parents were both Muggle-born who worked as servants for the Thompson family.
Not every Pure-blood families can have a House-elf as a servant.
A typical middle-class family would usually choose to hire a Muggle-born at a low price to serve them in their daily lives.
"Brother Lai, please let me untie Prefect Thompson," Fute pleaded, his face pale.
"My father is just an ordinary Muggle-born, and my mother is seriously ill. The money I earn from part-time jobs is simply not enough to treat her. Please, please let me go!"
Seeing Fute trembling with fear, willing to sacrifice his own dignity to untie Thompson, Lester sighed helplessly.
"I'm sorry, Thompson's condition is very unstable right now. For everyone's safety, I cannot untie him!"
Upon hearing this, Fute turned ashen-faced. He dared not offend Thompson, and he dared not provoke Lester even more.
At this point, Lester said gently, "If Thompson dares to threaten you with this, you can have your parents resign."
"I also have businesses in Knockturn Alley; you can have your parents work for me!"
Upon hearing this, Fute's eyes lit up. He had heard his father complain more than once about how hard his work was and how low his wages were.
If it weren't for the fact that Muggle-born have a hard time finding work in the Wizarding World, he would have quit long ago.
"With my letter of introduction, you can get your parents a Guild at my union. I can pay them 30 Galleon a month."
Upon hearing this, many young wizards changed their gaze towards Lester.
Especially the Half-blood wizards and those down-on-their-luck pure-blood wizards, now wished they could kneel down immediately and offer their loyalty to Lester.
Everyone knows that the Wizarding World is in a bad economic situation.
Just like in ancient times, every revolution and uprising was caused by economic depression, when people could no longer survive, and when class contradictions became acute, so that people would rise up in rebellion.
Like Voldemort's dark reign, this was actually an alternative revolution.
Muggle-born wanted to gain power, but Pure-blood wizard wanted to continue exploiting Muggle-born, which led to Voldemort's dark reign.
If everything continued as before, with Muggle-born obediently serving the pure-bloods like slaves and not fighting for their own rights...
Pure-blood wizard wouldn't risk investing in Voldemort to cause trouble.
Just like the Malfoy family, they are the ruling family of the Wizarding World, a family at the very top of the pyramid.
Why would a family like that invest in Voldemort? It's all to curb the growing number of Muggle-born.
They knew that if they didn't firmly suppress the Muggle-born Muggle-born now, their numbers would grow significantly.
Then the French Revolution of the Muggle World might just happen to them!
