Regardless, Neville is now seen as a big, easy target by many with ulterior motives.

He was honest, dull, and obedient, and had no friends at Hogwarts.

There is only one grandmother in the family, who also needs to go to the hospital every day to take care of her son and daughter-in-law.

It would be a disservice to these school bullies not to bully them.

Just as Dean was smugly pleased with himself, thinking Neville would have no choice but to obey, the door to the next private room opened.

Lester slowly walked out of the private room, frowning.

"You bunch of bastards, don't you know there are people resting in the private room? All of you, shut up!"

Dean was startled when he saw someone come out, but he relaxed when he saw that Lester was wearing Slytherin uniform and was only a first-year student.

"Little snake, get back to your room right now and pretend nothing happened, or I, Dean, will teach you a lesson!" Dean bared his teeth and threatened Lester.

Lester laughed. Over the years, those who had threatened him had either lost their families or been driven insane by his torment. This Dean was truly courageous.

Neville, seeing Lester suddenly appear, greeted him excitedly, "Lester!"

Lester responded with a smile, then stared coldly at Dean and the other two first-year Gryffindor students.

Dean is a fourth-year student and may not know what Lester looks like, but his two accomplices are first-year students who often attend classes with Lester.

Upon seeing Lester emerge, the two previously arrogant little lions nearly wet themselves in fear.

The young male wizard, with a mournful face, forced a smile and begged for mercy:

"Brother Lai, it's a misunderstanding. We were just joking around with Neville."

The little witch was completely terrified, collapsing to the ground with a thud, staring at the smiling Lester with eyes full of fear.

At this point, even a fool like Dean could sense that something was wrong.

These two young wizards, one male and one female, were considered troublemakers in Gryffindor's first year, and they didn't respect anyone.

But when he saw Lester, he immediately felt like he'd seen his own father; he'd really bitten off more than he could chew this time.

"I'm so sorry, brother!" Dean, ever the tactful one, apologized, "We were blind to your greatness and disturbed your rest. We'll leave now."

"Wait!" Lester called out to Dean, smiling. "Do you know who I am?"

Dean broke out in a cold sweat, shook his head, and whispered, "Young master, you must come from a powerful Pure-blood families."

Lester laughed. So Dean thought he was some kind of second-generation Pure-blood families.

"My name is Lester," Lester said calmly. "Slytherin, first year, Lester Bide!"

"Lester ... Lester ... Lester!!!" Dean's pupils dilated, and fear appeared on his face.

This person is actually Slytherin House, the ruthless and petty Lord Lai!

Lester's exploits were legendary in Gryffindor House. It was said that in Slytherin, someone had only glanced at him, and he had him hanging up and beating him up the next second!

Marcus, the team captain, was stripped naked and framed for not giving up his captaincy to Lord Lai in time, and is now socially dead.

Even the Weasley brothers, the most famous in Gryffindor, were beaten up by Lester and had their wands broken. Now they don't dare to utter a single word.

And then there's Harry Potter. I heard that because he didn't greet Lester, Lester tried to kill Harry during the match by sabotaging it. He only saved Harry because there were too many people around and he was afraid of being exposed.

To others, Lester is now seen as a petty and vindictive devil, the kind who'd beat you to death at the drop of a hat.

Dean was terrified. He just wanted a little more pocket money; he never expected to provoke Lester, that devil.

"Lord Lai, I slapped myself. I disturbed your rest, it's all my fault!"

Dean cursed his bad luck and started slapping himself, hoping to gain Lester's sympathy.

To his surprise, Lester didn't even glance at him, but turned to Neville and said gently:

"Neville, are you alright?"

"It's okay, Lyle. Dean the others are probably just joking with me. Last time they also threw my backpack in the bathroom, and I had to beg Hermione to get it back for me. It's nothing."

Lester's face immediately darkened, while Dean and the other two were terrified.

They never expected that Neville, whom everyone in Gryffindor could bully, would actually consider himself the leader of Slytherin.

Damn it, you should have said you had this connection earlier! Are you trying to screw everyone over by only saying it now?!

Hearing that Neville was having a bad time in Gryffindor, Lester's face turned ashen, but he was secretly overjoyed. He knew that he could finally win over Neville!

Lester patted Dean's trembling shoulder and said softly, "Dean, is it? Bullying classmates? A bully running rampant in Hogwarts?"

"Very well, I'll soon show you what it really means to bully your classmates, what true evil is!"

After saying that, Lester pulled Neville into his private room, ignoring Dean who was already terrified, leaving Dean with a look of regret.

He's just an ordinary fourth-year Gryffindor; he's not worthy of Lester's personal intervention.

Just have Malfoy order two seventh-year Slytherin around, beat them up whenever they have a spare moment, and then throw them into the girls' restroom.

Lester was always very confident in Malfoy's ability to bully others.

I believe that in a few months, this arrogant and domineering Dean will learn what real evil forces are.

It's ridiculous! They actually extorted money from their own juniors! They're a disgrace to their villainous group!

Upon entering the private room, before Lester could speak, Neville thanked him first:

"Thank you, Brother Lego. Without someone, I'm afraid I would have been bullied in Gryffindor for seven years!"

Neville, looking heartbroken, recounted his tragic experience. "They think I'm slow-witted, so they don't want to be my friends and they bully me!"

"In the entire Gryffindor House, only Harry and Hermione are willing to speak to me from time to time; everyone else is ashamed to even talk to me."

As he spoke, Neville broke down in tears, his eyes brimming with grievance. He stammered, "Lyco, please help me! I really don't know what I did wrong. Am I really just a Squib? Maybe I shouldn't have come to Hogwarts!"

"Don't worry, Neville!" Lester patted Neville on the back, reassuring him, "From now on, you'll be with me. I promise, no one in the entire Hogwarts will dare to bully you!"

Lester's voice wasn't loud, but it was so firm that Neville felt a shiver run down his spine.

He knew he had successfully gained his first friend, Lester Bide!
