• Zhang Yang crashed onto the Doomsday Plains, where Hermes cautiously approached and identified the battlefield as the alliance’s fight against Darkseid.
• Steppenwolf arrived with the Parademons and demanded that Zhang Yang be handed over, while Hermes tried to flee with him.
• Zhang Yang accepted the system’s quest and chose to fight for the Earth alliance because the planet was named Earth.
