Akuta opened his mouth, wanting to say a few more polite words.

Keiko Fushiguro had already stretched out her two little hands towards him, while making noises.

"Come on, come on! Uncle, come on! I'll ask Mom to make more meat!"

"... Alright then." Akuta scratched the back of his head. "Then I'll take my leave."

"Yay!" Keiko cheered again, then immediately turned to urge her mother, "Mom, hurry up! I'm so hungry I could eat a whole cow!"

Jinmi Fushiguro, holding her daughter, nodded slightly to Akuta before turning and walking towards home.

Akuta followed two steps behind, listening to Keiko chattering away in her mother's arms, reciting the names of the dishes.

As she walked, Jinmi Fushiguro smiled and replied, "Okay, okay, I'll do it all."

But Akuta could tell from her helpless eyes that this dinner would most likely end up being light and bland.

He couldn't help but interject, "Keiko, you've just recovered from your illness. Be careful not to turn into a fat pig from eating too much oily food."

Keiko immediately turned around and glared at him. "Uncle, you're such a spoilsport!"

"I call this taking responsibility."

You clearly want to eat it all by yourself!

When did I ever want to eat alone?

Hearing the two behind him bickering again, Jinmi Fushiguro shook her head slightly, but the corners of her mouth remained turned up in a smile.

The streetlights cast long, overlapping shadows of the three people as they headed home.

With a click of a key turning, Akuta finally arrived at the apartment where Jinmi Fushiguro lived.

Akuta looked the room up and down.

There weren't many things in the room, and the furniture was covered with a thin layer of dust.

He looked at Jinmi Fushiguro curiosity.

"Mrs. Fushiguro, this doesn't look like a place you live permanently."

Jinmi Fushiguro smiled sheepishly.

"This is definitely not my home. I found someone to rent it to Okinawa temporarily while I was in Keiko. My home is in Tokyo."

"Oh." Akuta nodded.

He was still wondering to himself, "Is Jinmi Fushiguro coming to Okinawa because of Gojo?"

Since you're only here temporarily, how come you have a place to stay here? Oh, it's rented.

Suddenly, Akuta remembered that the original Megumi Fushiguro had an older sister. Did the Fushiguro still exist in this world?

He looked at Keiko Fushiguro beside him and tentatively asked:

"Hey, why did you bring Keiko along on this mission?"

Why not leave it at home? Isn't there anyone else at home who can help take care of it for a while?

Upon hearing this, Jinmi Fushiguro lowered her head sadly.

"My beloved passed away due to poor health, leaving only Keiko and me at home. We can't leave her at home."

A hint of surprise flashed in Akuta's eyes.

Does Fushiguro not have a step-sister in this world?

How will she cope with her adoptive sister's death and become withdrawn?

Akuta suddenly recalled Satoko Gojo "died" in the previous world, and Suguru Geto, who "turned evil."

Could it be that Fushiguro in this world is really dead, Suguru Geto has become the strongest in the modern world?

Has Sukuna changed the person she'll be fighting over her body in the future?

But new problems soon arose.

If it weren't for Fushiguro, whose would Sukuna be stealing in the future?

Is there any other Cursed Technique that can compare to Fushiguro's "Ten Shadows Technique"?

"Mr. Akuta?"

Jinmi Fushiguro put Keiko on the sofa, then turned around and saw that Akuta was standing still.

She thought the other person was embarrassed because she felt she had brought up something painful, so she quickly waved her hand and softened her tone.

"You don't need to be like this. My loved one has been gone for so long, I've already moved on."

Now that Keiko is better, the future will definitely be even better.

Akuta then came to his senses, chuckled dryly, and scratched the back of his head:

"Ah... no, no, that's not what I meant."

I just suddenly remembered something and my mind wandered.

He said this aloud, but in his heart he was pondering it over and over again.

Jinmi Fushiguro's lover is gone; now it's just her and Keiko at home.

If Keiko Fushiguro in this world were to die at the hands of the corrupted Suguru Geto under normal circumstances, it would be difficult for Keiko to continue living.

Keiko Fushiguro is dead, whose body will that old bastard Sukuna steal in the future?

We can't just find any random passerby to fill in, can we?

"Uncle?" Keiko poked her head out from the sofa. "What are you so sad about? It was my dad who died, not yours. I'm not even as sad as you!"

Akuta's lips twitched; he suddenly had a feeling of Maki Zenin.

Are all daughters in the Jujutsu Society this filial?

Shaking his head helplessly, Akuta strode onto the sofa and patted Keiko Fushiguro's head, casually asking:

"By the way, do you know how your father died? Was it brain cancer like yours?"

Keiko Fushiguro looked up and recalled for a moment.

"No, it seems to be a kidney problem."

"Kidneys?"

Akuta glanced at Mrs. Fushiguro in the kitchen.

With such a Heavenly Restriction wife, it seems understandable that she would have kidney problems.

After two and a half hours of busy work, Mrs. Fushiguro finally finished preparing dinner.

Keiko sprang up from the sofa, ran to the table, and stood on tiptoe to look up. The expectation on her face visibly wilted.

"Mom, why is it all green vegetables?"

"You've just recovered from an illness, so you need to eat lightly. This has been the rule for years."

Jinmi Fushiguro set out the chopsticks and casually served Keiko a small bowl of rice.

Keiko sat down in the chair with a pout, her short legs dangling from the seat and swinging back and forth. She poked at the vegetables in her bowl with her chopsticks, then looked up at Akuta sitting opposite her, as if she had found an ally.

"Uncle, look, you're a guest, is it appropriate for her to only have grass here?"

Having already eaten Japanese food several times, Akuta was mentally prepared for this kind of food that wasn't very oily.

He pointed to the fried pork chop next to him.

"You're just being sarcastic. There's still a piece of meat left, isn't there?"

Keiko glared at him. "Uncle, how could you betray us!"

"I'm just being realistic," Akuta said earnestly. "Besides, you probably didn't eat enough vegetables while you were sick, so you've fallen behind. This is a good opportunity to make up for it."

Keiko's face fell, and she muttered in dissatisfaction:

"You're the one who owes grass, I don't!"

Jinmi Fushiguro sat down next to Keiko, gave Keiko a fond look, and took some vegetables from her bowl.

"Okay, okay, you don't owe me grass, but I do. Can I take some for you?"

After a unified "I'm eating!", the not-so-lavish dinner officially began.

Having probably had a long day and little appetite, Jinmi Fushiguro ate a few bites, then suddenly remembered something and looked up at the Akuta:

"Mr. Akuta, when we were in the alley during the day, you said you originally came to me to cancel your quest..."

Now that Keiko is better, I don't need to take on that task anymore.

But what if that guy named Kenjaku causes trouble for me and Keiko?

After pondering for a moment, Akuta gave his answer.

"Probably not."

He analyzed:

"Kenjaku is the most cowardly guy; he usually doesn't show up in front of others casually."

Even if you don't carry out the mission, he won't do anything to you.

Jinmi Fushiguro immediately breathed a sigh of relief.

Keiko couldn't understand what the adults were saying, but she clearly heard the name "Kenjaku".

"Mom, who is Kenjaku? Is he a bad person?"

"He's a bad guy," Akuta answered before Jinmi Fushiguro, his tone quite serious. "He's a very, very bad person. You'd better stay far away from him if you ever encounter him."

Keiko tilted her head and thought for a moment, "Uncle, can you beat him?"

Akuta pondered for a moment, calculated his past record with Kenjaku, and gave a very modest answer.

"I've fought him several times, and I'd say it's a 30/70 split."
