(Two updates)
Shrek Academy.
After the flag-snatching competition, Grandmaster devised targeted training for everyone based on their performance during the match, calling it Special Training: First Phase.
For example, Dai Mubai was strong in direct combat but lacked agility, while Tang San relied too heavily on hidden weapons and needed to fully train his use of the External Soul Bone.
Other than that, it was mainly restricting the students from using their Martial Souls and soul skills, then having them fight others and run back and forth between Suotuo City and the academy with heavy loads.
Originally, this was training comparable to hell for Dai Mubai and the other six.
However, this batch had produced a freak like Yang Ming!
Restrict Martial Souls and soul skills?
It had no effect on Yang Ming.
Run dozens of kilometers with heavy weights?
Yang Ming did not give a damn.
Watching Yang Ming run back from Suotuo City carrying two hundred jin of weight, his face unflushed and his breathing steady, Grandmaster stood at the academy gates with a somewhat stiff expression.
Having a talented student was something that greatly gratified a teacher.
But having a freak of a student was painful. Grandmaster felt that aside from his research into Soul Beasts and Soul Rings, he had nothing left to teach Yang Ming.
Yet Yang Ming was utterly uninterested in the knowledge Grandmaster possessed.
"Ah!"
Grandmaster let out a long sigh toward the sky, feeling at a loss over where to begin.
This is too hard for me!
After a full day of training, everyone except Yang Ming was sprawled on the ground, panting heavily, their faces pale and legs trembling.
Watching Yang Ming, still full of energy, continue doing push-ups on the ground, Dai Mubai could not help letting out a groan.
