The opening ceremony was held at the Heaven Dou Great Soul Arena in Heaven Dou City, a grand spectacle watched by all.

More than a month earlier, tickets for the opening ceremony had already been snapped up by Heaven Dou City's citizens. The ticket prices were exactly the same as admission to the Main Soul Arena Center of the Heaven Dou Great Soul Arena—not cheap in the slightest. This showed just how passionate the citizens were about the competition, much like capital residents' enthusiasm for the Olympic Games.
