"Fleet Admiral Sengoku... should we dispatch a vice admiral to investigate this matter?" Seeing that Sengoku had not given an order, the intelligence officer cautiously asked.
A white gleam flashed in Sengoku's eyes. After pondering for a while, he finally waved his hand. "You may leave for now. I do not think Kaido will let this go. The Navy should not interfere!"
"Yes!" After receiving his orders, the intelligence officer gave Fleet Admiral Sengoku a military salute, then marched out of the Fleet Admiral's office.
Admiral Aokiji looked puzzled. Jack the Drought was no minor pirate; he had been beheaded, yet Sengoku was not sending anyone to investigate?

Sengoku's expression turned serious, and one of his brows rose slightly.
"Kizaru has yet to return. At this critical time, Marine Headquarters needs combat strength. I see no need to dispatch Marines!"

A call came in from a rear admiral at the Navy Editorial Department.
A trace of anticipation flashed through Sengoku's eyes.
"Report, Fleet Admiral Sengoku, the <Decision to Publicly Execute Portgas D. Ace, an Outstanding Member of the Whitebeard Pirates> has been distributed across the world!"
"Understood!" Sengoku narrowed his eyes slightly and hung up the call!
"More importantly, we need to devote all our attention to preparing for the coming war!" Sengoku said sternly.
Akainu and Aokiji also looked grave. Fleet Admiral Sengoku was right. Even Jack the Drought's death was no major issue now, for what awaited the Navy was a war against the strongest pirate crew in the world!
A war!
Sengoku had his own reasons for doing this.
First, it was to intimidate the entire world! To let those pirates know the consequences of becoming pirates!
His other objective was to draw out the Whitebeard Pirates and destroy the strongest pirate crew in the world!
If he handled this matter well, he would be able to retire with honor!
After hanging up, Sengoku continued discussing the deployment for the coming war with Akainu and Aokiji in the office. Their intense work continued for several hours, and they still had not finished.

But he could not ignore that damned rule.
Extremely unwilling, he asked Aokiji and Akainu, "Which of you will handle the Celestial Dragon incident? Remember, return to headquarters immediately after you are done!"
Aokiji looked lazy as he rubbed his forehead.
"I finally pushed the Robina Island matter onto Kizaru, and now there is another Celestial Dragon incident at the Sabaody Archipelago. What a headache!"
Akainu, however, wore a fierce expression, his eyes seemingly capable of spitting flames.
"If you do not want to go, leave this matter to me!"
"Someone actually dared to strike a Celestial Dragon? Those pirate scum have become utterly lawless! Send me over, and I will wipe them all out!" As a hardliner within the Navy, Akainu immediately developed murderous intent toward those Supernovas.
Before Sengoku could give the order, Akainu had already put on his admiral's coat and strode out of the Fleet Admiral's office.
