Early attitude toward Bibi Xu

Qian Daoliu initially regarded Bibi Xu as an insignificant foundling and allowed Bibi Dong to keep him because he believed the child could ease her bitterness. He considered Qian Renxue—the Six-Winged Angel heir and his granddaughter—Spirit Hall's true future, while assuming Bibi Xu could never challenge her position. 2

He abandoned that idea after recognizing that Bibi Xu brought genuine happiness to Qian Renxue and could calm Bibi Dong's unstable Rakshasa-related power. Qian Xunji's death and the papal succession

When Bibi Dong killed Qian Xunji and began the Rakshasa God Trial, Qian Daoliu attacked her in grief and fury. He stopped after witnessing the Rakshasa divine power protect her, recognizing both the danger of provoking a god inheritor and the political disaster that Spirit Hall would face if Bibi Dong were killed. 35 36

He publicly blamed Tang Hao for Qian Xunji's death, declared him wanted, and used the official account to preserve Spirit Hall's stability. 37
