Qiangu Dongfeng serves as the Pagoda of Spirit’s master during the Legend of the Dragon King era. Though he appears to be a sharply featured middle-aged man, he is a Level 99 Limit Douluo and a renowned Four-Word Battle Armor Master whose true age greatly exceeds his appearance. 3

When Dragon Valley is exposed through Wang Chunxiao’s livestream, Qiangu publicly identifies the formation as a possible Sun Moon Empire “Dragon Totem” and invites every faction to investigate. Privately, he orders the witnesses detained, the discovery sealed, and the First Black Armor Legion deployed to excavate the site immediately. 3
