Mocha was Kate Garcia’s closest friend and personal lawyer. After Kate and Wei An died in a car accident, he handled the estate’s legal matters for Kate’s son, Ryan Garcia, including inheritance taxes, insurance compensation, and the transfer of the family home. He also had strong opinions about the accident, blaming Wei An for indirectly causing Kate’s death despite Rose’s insistence that it was simply an accident. 6
