The first rays of morning sunlight pierced the thin clouds over the edge of the Dark Continent and fell across the camp.
Gon was the first to wake.
He crawled out of his sleeping bag, stretched as far as he could, then ran three laps around the camp. When he returned, he had a fluffy little squirrel cupped in his hands.
