Bai Zhu, Milluki, and Morel searched the Silent Land for their missing companions and discovered a vast cavern beneath the island, where the One-Horned Whale and Merfolk were trying to restore its horn. They took shelter in the Silver-Roost Ancient Tree, whose protection resisted the Mermaid Song, as a deeper voice answered the whale’s gaze.

• Bai Zhu destroyed the attacking One-Horned Whale’s horn with Zanka no Tachi, but the damaged warship was swallowed by fog near Ring Island and the crew became separated.
• Bai Zhu searched the Silent Land, found Milluki being chased through the forest, and reunited with him before they followed the Lighthouse’s light through the canopy.
• Bai Zhu and Milluki found Vick at the Lighthouse and learned that a song from the sea had driven people toward a sealed basement, while the rotating lamp seemed to preserve a fragment of 1879.
• Bai Zhu reunited with Morel, healed the Black Gold contamination in his wounds, and joined him and Milluki in tracing the river where Gela Jiang had disappeared.
• The group followed the river into a vast underground cavern, where Bai Zhu destroyed a giant salamander and reunited with Gela Jiang.
• Gela Jiang described a door beneath the lake guarded by humanlike creatures, and Milluki’s scans revealed an enormous inverted Stone Gate beneath the waterway junction.
• The One-Horned Whale surfaced with more than a hundred Merfolk, whose song activated Black Gold patterns and helped the whale grow a new horn.
• The Mermaid Song affected Milluki until the Silver-Roost Ancient Tree shielded the group, and a deeper voice answered as the whale and lead Merfolk singer turned toward it.

Bai Zhu uncovered the Creation Society’s child-trafficking operation in Meteor City and joined forces with the Phantom Troupe to rescue the children. The trail led beneath the harbor to a Kakin-backed underwater port, where Mother began to awaken.

• Bai Zhu escaped the island with Milluki, Morel, and Gela Jiang, then learned from Illumi that Creation Society cargo had been transferred through Meteor City.
• Bai Zhu and Illumi brought Ella to meet the Phantom Troupe, and Bai Zhu’s display of power persuaded Chrollo to help investigate the missing children.
• Bai Zhu found Sarasa’s spirit in the buried Old Church, then infiltrated the Church and discovered children held in containers beneath it.
• Bai Zhu destroyed the Holy Knights and Black Gold pipelines, freed the children, and reunited with the Phantom Troupe, who agreed to help him fight the Creation Society.
• Bai Zhu searched the Old Church with the Phantom Troupe, but Sarasa was not there, and he secured Chrollo’s agreement to help in exchange for compensation and an apology.
• Milluki traced the Black Boxes to an underground shipyard, where submarines launched more boxes and Ella warned Bai Zhu that many were beneath the water.
• Bai Zhu and Milluki discovered that Ella’s badge bore a Kakin royal crest and shared a frequency with the Holy Knight Core and Black Box, while Ella and other survivors vanished after hearing a call to return to Mother.
• Illumi confirmed Kakin had funded the underwater port, and Bai Zhu headed for the dock as the navigation beacons announced Mother’s awakening and a golden eye opened beneath the water.

Bai Zhu destroyed Kakin’s underwater ritual site, freed its captives, and uncovered evidence linking Ella to the royal blood experiments. He was then forced into a Hunter Association expedition to the Mingbo Oasis, where the feather and unpaid rent tied him to the site.

• Bai Zhu defeated the Merfolk and destroyed the Black Gold Cathedral, while Sarasa helped the group escape the collapsing sanctuary.
• Milluki recovered evidence connecting the Creation Society’s experiments to Kakin’s royal family, including a list identifying Ella as Camilla Huikelo.
• Bai Zhu left Meteor City for a Hunter Association investigation, while Milluki returned to Kukuroo Mountain to study the recovered materials.
• Ging dragged Bai Zhu into an expedition after two teams vanished at an Oasis in the Mingbo desert, where photographs of a one-eyed bird and tower stirred Bai Zhu’s feather.
• Birds demanded rent from Bai Zhu, and Ging brought him to a briefing where the team learned the Oasis monitoring stakes had identified him by his unpaid debt.
• Piyu found that Bai Zhu’s feather resonated with the One-Eyed Bird Emblem and identified Bai Zhu as the Gatekeeper after ancient writing triggered a warning.

Bai Zhu joined Ging’s expedition into the expanding Oasis, where the group encountered the Spear Soldiers, the dog tribe, and the Black Tower. After obtaining the Blue Crystal and reaching the ruins, Bai Zhu and his allies were ambushed by hidden Nen users, and the fight remained unresolved.

• Bai Zhu forced the permit official to approve his entry, while Old Scar’s bounty team marked him as their target.
• Bai Zhu warned Milluki about the danger in the Oasis, then defeated Old Scar’s ambush and captured its leader.
• Ging’s team entered the Oasis, where the expanding Black Soil and Spear Soldiers attacked hunters and dragged away their victims.
• Bai Zhu led the group into the forest, where they discovered the dog tribe sacrificing corpses to a giant bird that left behind a Blue Crystal.
• The forest looped Bai Zhu and Milluki away from their companions, but a puppy delivered the Blue Crystal to Bai Zhu and the dogs allowed them passage.
• Bai Zhu and Milluki found Ging’s team fighting camouflaged Nen users, then the Black Tower summoned the group toward its ritual gate.
• A giant swift carried the group across the shifting lake to the Black Tower, where they examined ancient inscriptions and murals.
