Kizaru Out for a Stroll?

When they left Marine Headquarters, Garp did not escort Rogge this time. Instead, the job fell to a Vice Admiral: Doberman, an old acquaintance of Rogge's.

"I didn't expect them to send me off without even offering a cup of tea. Marine Headquarters could work on its hospitality," Rogge said with a chuckle.

"Mr. Sengoku is busy," Doberman replied coldly.

"I see. I thought I might get to meet an Admiral, but I didn't even manage that. What a shame." Rogge shook his head.

Doberman said nothing. He escorted Rogge to the docks and watched him board the Ark.

The Ark rose straight into the air, turned, and flew away from Marine Headquarters.

The Marines seeing the airship for the first time stared in shock. Even Doberman had never seen a ship fly without the help of a power. He had fought Shiki alongside Zephyr years ago and had witnessed Shiki's attack on Marine Headquarters when he was a Rear Admiral.

But unlike Shiki's powers, this pirate ship needed no special ability to fly. They could not help wondering how it worked; none of them had ever seen anything like it.

"What makes a ship fly? I hear he's gained two powerful fighters, and one of them may even be a Logia user," Doberman murmured.

Inside the Marine Headquarters building, Sengoku and Garp stood together, watching the Ark depart.

"He's headed for the New World," Sengoku said.

"Think he'll take on the Four Emperors?" Garp asked, holding a bag of snacks and eating as he spoke.

"I don't know why, but I see someone else in him. Someone familiar," Sengoku said.

Garp stopped eating. "Roger?"

Sengoku shook his head. "No."

Aboard the Ark, Rogge and the others finally relaxed. Their visit to Marine Headquarters had put them under enormous pressure.
