The First Island

"We've spotted an island."

After the banquet ended, Simon, who was on lookout duty, reported in.

They had finally spotted an island. Everyone became excited. They had only just arrived in the New World when its weather had given them a harsh lesson. Now that they had finally found an island, every one of them was thrilled.

"Captain..." Simon lowered his head to look at them, his expression frozen, as though he had seen Ghost.

"What is it?" Rogge asked in confusion.

"Th-that island!!" Simon stammered, unable to get the words out.

Everyone was filled with question marks. Curious, they picked up their binoculars and looked over. Before long, once they saw the island's shape, their expressions became as though they had seen Ghost.

"Are we going up there?" Cook hesitated. As a man, he naturally knew what that thing was, but the shape was a little too similar.

"The islands in the New World are too bizarre." Jelly spread his hands.

"Isn't that a bit too alike?" Rogge's mouth twitched.

The catgirl sisters also widened their eyes with blankly adorable expressions. They surely would not have understood before, but after joining the Asura Pirates and sleeping with Rogge, they naturally knew what shape that island resembled.

"This world really is incomparably bizarre." A thousand thoughts from Enel were condensed into a single sentence. There were simply too many strange things in the Blue Sea.

"Hey, hey, hey, we're looking at it from above. It might not look like that from below," Ares said.

"Who knows? Maybe it's something from the ocean." Simon laughed.

"Let's go. We've already entered its magnetic range. If we want to switch to another island, we'll at least have to wait for the magnetism to store up," Rogge said helplessly.
