"A Logia user with the Rumble-Rumble Fruit. To think it would be that Devil Fruit." Doflamingo put some distance between them and stared at Enel.

He had never imagined that Enel would be a Logia user. In terms of destructive power, the Rumble-Rumble Fruit was every bit the equal of the Three Admirals' abilities. They were all devastatingly powerful Logia Devil Fruits.

But what Doflamingo truly could not understand was why someone so powerful, someone with such a terrifying Devil Fruit, would submit to another person and willingly serve under Rogge.

He could not make sense of it. Enel's Devil Fruit ability alone was enough to earn him a place among the Shichibukai, yet here he was, serving under Rogge. Enel simply could not understand it.

Leaving that puzzle aside, the biggest problem now was that the Asura Pirates seemed far stronger than he had imagined.

The strength Rogge had displayed was already enough to shock him. He had thought Rogge was just a rookie, but the Chop-Chop Fruit's abilities chilled him to the bone. That fruit seemed far more powerful than he had imagined, and Rogge's physique and Haki had surprised him too.

Now a Logia user had appeared as well. Doflamingo realized he had seriously underestimated this rookie crew, the Asura Pirates. Perhaps that had been his mistake all along: he should never have classified them as rookies.

Doflamingo lashed out with a thick column of string. Its destructive power was tremendous. He was an expert at this sort of thing; ever since eating the String-String Fruit, he had shown a genuine talent for using its abilities.
