True to its name, the Rumble-Rumble Fruit brought thunder wherever there was lightning.

Cook had scattered Enel's body, but he was unharmed. The lightning dispersed around him gathered once more.

Enel looked with interest at those who remained: Jelly, Ham, Cook, and Rogge, who was still fast asleep on the ship.

"Three more. I suppose you three are the strongest, then," Enel said.

"Our captain's still asleep," Ham said in his kangaroo form.

"Captain? Oh, right. You Blue Sea People make your strongest person captain, don't you? So it's that fellow. In that case, let's wake him up." Enel laughed.

Whoosh!

He spun the Golden Staff in his hand and struck the Taiko drum on his left.

Dong!

"Thirty Million Volts: Thunder Bird!"

The drum rang out, lightning bursting across its face. A Thunder Bird made of lightning shot forth, its sharp beak aimed at Rogge as it beat its wings and dove.

"Thorn Shield!"

The ground split open, and a shield wall of vines rose before the Thunder Bird. It struck the shield and burst apart. Lightning raged, and the heat destroyed the vines, but the lightning could not sustain itself and finally dissipated.

"You blocked that? Not bad." Enel looked at Jelly, whose hands were planted in the ground.

"Our captain is resting. We can't let you disturb him," Jelly said, looking up at Enel.

"I see. Then I'll start with you." Enel tilted his head and stared at Jelly without expression.

"Ground Spikes!"

Vines sprang from the ground. Enel kept tumbling backward to dodge the emerging spikes.

There were so many that they drove Enel farther back.

Cook was already waiting behind Enel. He threw a punch through the air.
