Setting Sail with the New Ship

The shipyard gates rose fully amid the thunderous roar of the winches.

At Tom's booming command, the last few mooring lines were untied.

The new ship, embodying everyone's hard work, slid down the slipway and into the waters outside Water 7.

As the hull hit the water, it kicked up sprays of white foam.

It floated steadily on the surface, gently swaying with the waves.

"We did it!!"

Deafening cheers erupted throughout the shipyard.

The workers tossed their hats and gloves into the air, slapping one another on the shoulders. Tom stood with his hands on his hips, his eyes full of pride.

Lin Nuo stepped onto the brand-new deck and walked to the rail, feeling the rocking of the ship beneath his feet.

The pirate underlings they had taken in before had already been "cleared out with one click" by Babel when they first arrived in Water 7.

Moria could now only rely on his zombie army.

With a curl of his fingers, Doppelman split off several shadowy tentacles. Together with zombie Gerlo, Fera, and the others, they methodically raised the sails and adjusted the rigging on deck.

There was no time to dwell on their joy.

Under Alice's direction, and with the tireless, efficient labor of the zombies, the supplies prepared in advance were swiftly transferred from the White Shell to the roomier Mike.

The old White Shell was not abandoned, however. It would set out alongside them as an auxiliary vessel and backup transport.

As for the even older pirate-modified ship they had seized, Lin Nuo left it at Tom's Shipyard for Tom to deal with as he saw fit.
