And over those thirty days and nights, the "Liberation" Poké Ball had finally been successfully developed.

The launch conference for the new Poké Ball was held in Goldenrod City, Johto.

Professor Oak delivered a speech:

"From the distant past until today, humans have constantly explored their relationship with Pokémon.

We have experienced war, sorrow, pain, and joy together, until we came to live side by side without distinction.

The moment this news was announced, it immediately caused a tremendous stir across the world.

Some people wondered what would happen if Pokémon attacked their Trainers after coming out, if Poké Balls no longer had a locking function.

Others questioned whether such miniature-space technology could truly be achieved in this era.
