Cobra had no doubt that Loa's warning could become reality. After everything Loa had done since arriving in Alabasta, Cobra knew the man was a reckless madman.
If anything happened to Zephyr, that would be it. Loa would never listen to his excuses.
Just as Cobra felt his heart sink, the doors to the meeting hall were shoved open. Two figures strode in as if they owned the place.
Tony, his appearance restored, followed behind. He stepped back and left the stage to the man in front.
The middle-aged man stared at the figure standing there, recalling the files he had read countless times. His eyes widened.
"Christopher Loa! How could you be here?!"

The man before them was Loa!
His Marine coat, marked with its distinctive Dragon Scales pattern, stirred without a breeze. Dressed in a pale blue suit, Loa folded his arms and raised an eyebrow. "From the sound of it, you only dared come here and pressure the king because you were sure I wasn't in Alubarna. Am I right?"
"Picking on the weak and resorting to underhanded tricks! I spit on you!" Loa spat on the floor and looked at the P0 agents with contempt. "You even threatened my teacher? Got tired of living?"

"Shut up, Zuljin!" The large man whose arm Tony had brushed with his scabbard had barely opened his mouth before the leader cut him off. He glared at Loa, unwilling to back down.
The middle-aged man knew this had become troublesome.
Things had changed. Their plan would probably fail.
