Zhang Zichen was disabled after a medical accident that left him without reproductive organs. His condition became known at school, where it made him especially vulnerable to public scrutiny, humiliation, and unwanted pity. 34

His homeroom teacher attempted to protect him by isolating his seat and excusing him from physical education, while the grade leader insisted that he attend like every other student. Both approaches hurt him: he was mocked when exposed to his classmates, yet also felt inferior when repeatedly treated as fragile and different. 32 33

Zhang was happiest when treated normally. He enjoyed playing soccer with Zhao Cisheng and the school beauty, but withdrew after the PE teacher’s concern again emphasized his disability. 33

Zhao Cisheng deliberately befriended Zhang out of resentment and jealousy. After learning that Zhang liked the school beauty, Zhao forged a love letter in Zhang’s name and pushed him into confessing; the school beauty rejected him and admitted that her earlier care had been motivated by pity and by Zhao’s pressure. 37 38 47

At eight o’clock, Zhang manifests on the podium in a blood-covered form and demands that the participants identify the Killer. He carries out the game’s identification process by merging with the selected target and erasing them unless a relevant Godhead Law intervenes. 36 42

Revelation of Zhao Cisheng’s Betrayal

Yin Ge uses her Observation and Control Personas to examine the gift and altered letter left for Zhang. By exposing Zhao Cisheng’s manipulation, she confirms that the school bully is carrying Beasthood; the ensuing identification ends the game. 44 45 47
