Ch. 126Making Zhen Yuanzi the Heavenly Emperor

Dao Xuan accepted Houtu, Minghe, and Hong Yun as disciples and gave each a treasure, while Hongjun also made Jieyin and Zhunti his direct disciples. As the Saints debated who should rule the reestablished Heavenly Court, Dao Xuan proposed Zhen Yuanzi, leaving everyone stunned.

  • Hong Yun, Minghe, and Houtu bowed to Dao Xuan and joined the Mysterious Sect as his disciples.
  • Dao Xuan gave Hong Yun the Four Symbols Qiankun Fan, Houtu a twelfth-rank Pure World White Lotus, and Minghe the God-Slaying Spear, then named their places in his disciple lineage.
  • Hongjun made Jieyin and Zhunti his direct disciples before raising the need to appoint a new Heavenly Emperor.
  • Zhunti, Yuanshi, and Tongtian each promoted a disciple for the position, but Hongjun stopped the Saints from arguing over their own interests.
  • Dao Xuan rejected candidates from the major teachings and proposed Zhen Yuanzi as Heavenly Emperor, surprising Hongjun and the others.

Ch. 127Dao Xuan Becomes Realm Ancestor, Bestows Treasures Upon Zhen Yuanzi

After the Witch-Beast Calamity, Hongjun and Dao Xuan summoned Zhen Yuanzi and persuaded him to become Heavenly Court Lord. Zhen Yuanzi accepted the role and received several powerful treasures, including Dao Xuan’s Earth Trident, which contained the Earth Law he cultivated.

  • Hongjun agreed with Dao Xuan’s proposal to appoint Zhen Yuanzi as Heavenly Court Lord and sent Haotian and Yaochi to summon him.
  • Haotian and Yaochi invited Zhen Yuanzi to Zixiao Palace without revealing the reason, and he followed them there.
  • Hongjun told Zhen Yuanzi that he and Dao Xuan intended to appoint him to govern the Primordial World's Heaven, Earth, and Human Three Realms.
  • Dao Xuan persuaded Zhen Yuanzi that the role’s fortune would aid his cultivation of the Earth Dao, and Zhen Yuanzi agreed to become Heavenly Court Lord.
  • Hongjun bestowed the Zhenyuan Sword and Zhenyuan Mirror on Zhen Yuanzi to suppress the Heavenly Court’s fortune.
  • Dao Xuan gave Zhen Yuanzi the Earth Trident, an Innate Supreme Treasure containing the Earth Law, and Zhen Yuanzi accepted it.

Ch. 128Three Sovereigns and Five Emperors, Mysterious Origin Realm

Hongjun and Dao Xuan set the arrangements for the Three Sovereigns and Five Emperors, while Zhen Yuanzi and Hong Yun received guidance about their religious paths. Dao Xuan returned to the Mysterious Origin Realm with the Heavenly Mandate Gourd and Mount Buzhou’s severed section, leaving the relic’s use undecided.

  • Hongjun ordered Zhen Yuanzi to dissolve the Earth Immortal Church when he became Heavenly Emperor, and Dao Xuan guided Hong Yun toward founding a church of his own.
  • Hongjun declared that the Three Sovereigns and Five Emperors would guide the Human Tribe, and Dao Xuan said their candidates and imperial tutors would bring great merit and fortune.
  • Dao Xuan proposed Fuxi as the First Sovereign and the Black Tortoise as the Second Sovereign, while leaving the remaining candidates and tutors open for others to contest.
  • Dao Xuan retrieved the Heavenly Mandate Gourd, containing the True Spirits of Dijun, Taiyi, and many fallen Demon Tribe powerholders, and sent it to Great Emperor Fengdu for reincarnation in the Mysterious Origin Realm.
  • Dao Xuan took out the severed section of Mount Buzhou but chose not to refine it into the Heaven-Shaking Seal.

Ch. 129Refining Mount Buzhou

Dao Xuan began refining half of Mount Buzhou in his Creation Cauldron so its Great Dao laws could strengthen his inner world’s World Tree. While the process continued, he arranged the Heavenly Stars Formation, completing the heaven realm of his inner world.

  • Dao Xuan manifested the Creation Cauldron from his inner world’s origin power, designed around the Four Symbols and Five Elements Dao.
  • Dao Xuan summoned Heaven, Earth, and Man’s Three Divine Lamps and combined their flames into the Chaos Divine Flame.
  • Dao Xuan placed half of Mount Buzhou in the Creation Cauldron and used the Five Elements formations and Chaos Divine Flame to begin refining it.
  • Dao Xuan shifted the stars in his inner world according to the Heavenly Stars Formation, while the new Starfruit Tree resonated with them.
  • The Heavenly Stars Formation took shape, and Dao Xuan sensed that his inner world’s heaven realm was complete.

Ch. 130The Heaven-Earth-Human Three Realms Complete

Dao Xuan’s Inner World completed its Heaven-Earth-Human Three Realms, strengthening its laws and its inhabitants, though he remained at the late stage of the Primordial Daluo Golden Immortal realm. After patiently refining half of Mount Buzhou, he discovered countless profound Great Dao laws within it and moved to the World Tree’s crown with the Creation Cauldron.

  • Dao Xuan’s Inner World resonated as the Three Talents Law advanced and the Heaven-Earth-Human Three Realms expanded several times over.
  • The Heavenly Stars Formation grew stronger and began assisting the Heaven and Earth Fetal Membrane in refining Chaos Qi, while the Roc, Heaven, Earth, and Man’s Three Divine Lamps, and Starfruit Tree gained power.
  • Dao Xuan’s aura surged, but he remained at the late stage of the Primordial Daluo Golden Immortal realm because the Three Talents Law was still incomplete.
  • Dao Xuan waited while Mount Buzhou was refined in the Creation Cauldron and used the nine thousand years to comprehend the Spacetime Law in the Chaos Bell.
  • The half of Mount Buzhou became liquid filled with complex Great Dao laws, and Dao Xuan took the Creation Cauldron to the crown of the World Tree.

Ch. 131Dao Xuan Breaks Through and Hong Yun Establishes a Teachings

Dao Xuan used the World Tree to absorb the Great Dao liquid and broke through to the complete Primordial Daluo Golden Immortal realm, though he could not yet advance further. While he remained in seclusion, Zhen Yuanzi established a new Heavenly Court and Hong Yun founded Confucianism, provoking the other Saints.

  • Dao Xuan poured Great Dao liquid over the World Tree, which circulated it through the inner world and gathered its Dao insights for him.
  • Dao Xuan broke through to the complete Primordial Daluo Golden Immortal realm but could not master the Four Symbols Laws needed for his next advancement.
  • Zhen Yuanzi dissolved the Earth Immortal Church, re-established the Heavenly Court, and became its Heavenly Emperor with strong support from the Primordial World.
  • Hong Yun founded Confucianism around benevolence, righteousness, propriety, wisdom, and courage, earning immense merit and strengthening his Saint cultivation.
  • Hong Yun's new sect drew Qi luck from the other Saints' teachings, prompting Tongtian to challenge him with the Four Swords of Immortal Slaying.

Ch. 132The thirty-six heavens, Fuxi's reincarnation

The Three Sovereigns and Five Emperors were assigned, and Nuwa learned that Fuxi’s opportunity to become a Human Emperor had arrived. Fuxi prepared to reincarnate, trusting that he would attain the Dao and return to Nuwa.

  • Hong Yun and Zhen Yuanzi used Confucian teachings to train Heavenly Court officials, making the court increasingly difficult for the Saints to influence.
  • Dao Xuan’s decree settled Fuxi and Black Tortoise as two of the Three Sovereigns, with Hong Yun assigned to guide Fuxi and Minghe claiming Black Tortoise for the Asura Sect.
  • Hong Yun established Jingren Heaven above the Thirty-Three Heavens, and the heavenly realms were ranked as thirty-six heavens.
  • Nuwa divined that Fuxi’s opportunity to attain the Dao had arrived and summoned him to Taisu Heaven.
  • Fuxi accepted that he would reincarnate and revealed his innate divine form as his Primordial Spirit emerged.

Ch. 133The Recession of Spiritual Qi and Kunpeng's Life

Nuwa sent Fuxi’s Primordial Spirit into the Human Path Reincarnation, where he would be reborn among the Human Tribe until destiny made him a Human Emperor. She then sent the Golden Feather Immortal Maiden to summon Kunpeng, whose bitter past and escape from the Demon Tribe’s downfall were recounted.

  • Nuwa preserved Fuxi’s body and, with Houtu’s help, sent his sealed Primordial Spirit into Human Path Reincarnation.
  • The Saints and Hunyuan Heavenly Venerables sensed Fuxi’s reincarnation, though no one could know which lifetime would make him a Human Emperor.
  • Nuwa ordered the Golden Feather Immortal Maiden to travel to the Northern Darkness Sea and summon Kunpeng.
  • The Golden Feather Immortal Maiden flew from Taisu Heaven through Chaos into the Primordial World, where she felt freer despite the diminished spiritual Qi.
  • Kunpeng’s resentment over losing his chance at Sainthood led him to target Hong Yun, but Hong Yun became a Sage and Kunpeng’s plans failed.
  • Kunpeng foresaw the Demon Tribe’s decline and fled the final great battle, taking Dijun’s River Diagram and Luo Writing with him.

Ch. 134Kunpeng's Ambition

After fleeing the Witch-Demon Battlefield with Dijun’s River Diagram and Luo Writing, Kunpeng hid in the Northern Darkness Sea and refined the River Diagram to advance his cultivation. His progress ended when Fairy Golden Phoenix arrived with Empress Nuwa’s Edict, and Kunpeng suspected Nuwa had summoned him over the treasures.

  • Kunpeng returned to the Northern Darkness Sea, accepting his ruined reputation because he had survived the Witch-Demon Calamity.
  • Kunpeng pursued Three-Corpse-Slaying Dao-Proving, hoping to sever his Obsession Corpse with a suitable Innate Spiritual Treasure.
  • Kunpeng realized the River Diagram suited his innate nature and could help him advance, so he spent years refining it in seclusion.
  • Kunpeng refined more than half of the River Diagram’s Forty-Eight Innate Restrictions and felt his stagnant Dao attainment begin to rise.
  • Fairy Golden Phoenix delivered Empress Nuwa’s Edict, and Kunpeng emerged from seclusion, fearing Nuwa wanted him to return the River Diagram and Luo Writing.

Ch. 135The Cloud-Pattern Jade Register and the Five Treasures of Confucianism

Kunpeng accepted Fairy Golden Phoenix’s summons to Taisu Heaven, while Hong Yun went there to repay his old debt to Kunpeng and negotiate with Nuwa. Hong Yun offered to recruit Kunpeng into Confucianism and presented the Cloud-Pattern Jade Register as compensation for the River Diagram and the Luo Writing.

  • Kunpeng chose to obey Fairy Golden Phoenix and went with her to Taisu Heaven rather than risk his life by refusing.
  • Hong Yun sensed that Nuwa had summoned Kunpeng and decided to repay the debt he owed him over the seat at Zixiao Palace.
  • Hong Yun met Nuwa, who explained that Fuxi would need the River Diagram and the Luo Writing to become Human Emperor.
  • Hong Yun proposed bringing Kunpeng into Confucianism and offering him a treasure in exchange for the River Diagram and the Luo Writing, and Nuwa agreed to help.
  • Hong Yun displayed the Cloud-Pattern Jade Register, whose five Dao characters transformed into Merit Spiritual Treasures, including the Living Beings Seal, the Heavenly Balance Battle-Axe, and the Great Harmony Gui.

Ch. 136Hong Yun Took Kunpeng as His Disciple

Hong Yun settled his old debt to Kunpeng by accepting him as a disciple and giving him the Cavernous Mystery Slip in exchange for the River Diagram and Luo Writing. After they left, Nuwa decided to take Fairy Golden Phoenix as a disciple, but had only just summoned her when the chapter ended.

  • Hong Yun explained that he wanted to settle his old karma with Kunpeng by offering him one-fifth of Confucianism’s providence if he joined his teaching.
  • Nuwa urged Kunpeng to accept Hong Yun as his master, and Kunpeng bowed to him as his disciple.
  • Hong Yun gave Kunpeng the Cavernous Mystery Slip and said it could help him contemplate his Obsession with the self.
  • Kunpeng surrendered the River Diagram and Luo Writing to Nuwa, and Hong Yun left the palace with him.
  • Nuwa reflected on her solitude and decided to take a disciple, then summoned Fairy Golden Phoenix into the palace.
