Zhai Kou could no longer maintain his Super Saiyan 5 form and reverted to his previous posture. He had reached his limit, and his body fell uncontrollably, collapsing to the ground.

Without Zhai Kou's control, the energy that filled the arena dissipated. Son Gohan still had some burns on his body, was slightly out of breath, and had sustained some injuries, but he had preserved most of his power and defeated Zhai Kou at minimal cost.
