After chatting with Kiley for a while and receiving his reply, Heiduo finally felt at ease.
Wallace sighed. "Sorry for the trouble..."
"No, it has nothing to do with you. Even if you hadn't come, I would've made this call anyway." Heiduo knew Wallace thought their arrival had caused him trouble and made him uneasy.
Heiduo said, "You might not know this, but for certain reasons, Johto's Elite Four have already fallen out with the Pokémon Association. They're fighting over by the arena."
He pointed out the window. "It's a little far away, but if you look carefully, you should be able to see a spherical outline in the distance..."
Before he could finish, the sound of Umbreon moving the mouse reached their ears. The two looked over and saw a slightly blurry picture displayed on the computer screen.
Heiduo's eyes widened. He hurried over to the computer and waved Wallace over as well. "Look!"
Wallace was also curious about what Heiduo had mentioned, so he leaned closer.
Both of them saw the image, which was practically a mosaic.
Within the wilderness enclosed by Rock Tomb stood an enormous sphere, so massive that buildings beside it looked tiny. Inside the sphere, a long black figure stood atop a winding, gigantic serpentine shape, while another snake-like shadow of equal size circled beside it.
The rainstorm made everything gloomy, and the device used to take the photo had poor resolution, so Heiduo and the others could only make out the general outline.
But the outline alone was enough.
"This is..." Wallace had clearly never seen Lance's "absolute" defensive soap bubble before, and he was stunned for a moment.
