Background / History

Ji Hao first forged the artifact from his Divine Bridge. The Other Shore Golden Bridge created a temporary world, but that world collapsed under earth, wind, water, and fire. Rather than let the bridge be destroyed, Ji Hao transformed it into yin-yang qi and condensed the qi into the Tai Chi Diagram. He intended it to complement his sword embryo: one artifact for offense and one for defense 12.

During Ji Hao’s Four Extremes heavenly tribulation, the diagram repeatedly shielded him and his divine sense from lightning. It was heavily damaged by Chaos Divine Thunder and temporarily reverted to qi, but survived long enough for Ji Hao to restore himself and create the Taiji Seal 22.

Ji Hao later reforged its crude embryo during another heavenly tribulation. He combined it with the broken Eternal Blue Gold Sword, Chaos Divine Thunder, and Nine-Colored Divine Fire inside the Saint Spirit Furnace. The completed diagram became capable of alternating freely between its circular yin-yang form and the Other Shore Golden Bridge 47.
